Although every employee was friendly the check-in process was backed up with patients and it took too long. Dr Caplan is an excellent physician. I have been going to his allergy clinic for more than fifteen years. He is professional, courteous, and most of all, knowledgeable. It is clear that he cares about his patients' well-being. If you have allergies that need attention, do not hesitate to make an appointment with him.

Dr. Caplan takes time to answer questions and explain your care, medication and course of treatment. He has genuine concern for his patient. He does not rush through your appointment. He is knowledgeable and sincere. I have been his patient for over two years.

Was during the holidays and Dr. Kaplan took the time to see me and even went out of his way to get another dr to check my nose while I was there! Amazing service and care!!

A waste of time. Been trying to get things taken care of with my issue for over a year. When providers call for information or insurance they can’t talk to anyone. No one calls back. Then office claims everyone is lying and they have called all 3 places back. They keep having me come in for follow up appointments and there’s nothing to follow up on because they can’t get things done, so they just charge co pays. Also they are extremely rude when you do get them on the phone.

Dr Caplan has been attentive and responsive to my issues with rash/hives, establishing a cautious but deliberative approach. My case is still in progress.

For 10 years I have seen Dr. Caplan. Billing is mess for me. I am self pay and was told, in a phone message, that if I paid a big bill in full "today" I would get a 20% discount. I was told to "call" such and such number. I obeyed and called, but office closed at noon that day, and I got the message at 1:30. I called next business day and was told that I could not send a check and get the discount and that I had missed the discount window. I called to get answers with people higher up and got NO return calls. In frustration and desperation, I wrote a letter, addressed to Dr. Caplan and marked "personal". I sent a copy to DORA, a regulatory board, as well. I NEEDED HELP!! Pam D. in business office opened it, I believe and made an even bigger mess of things. She sent me a letter telling me that I use 3 "units" of allergen in 6 months, but I pay for 25, out of my own pocket at $27 a "unit". I asked for info and got a letter saying I have been dropped as a patient, as an answer. WOW!!

Dr. Caplan is absolutely great. I have had a chronic cough for over 10 years. He reviewed test results from several doctors (a decade). Dr Caplan diagnosed my chronic cough. He came up with a treatment plan and no more coughing after 10 years. Thank you Dr. Caplan I can breathe with out coughing.

I've had terrible experiences with doctors in Colorado Springs, but then I came to Dr. Caplan. He was attentive, not rushed. He listened to my long complicated history and ask questions. He gave time for me to ask questions and I felt like he was actually listening. Not only that, he had good insights into my potential issues and tested for things I hadn't been tested for yet. I walked away encouraged that he would help me find answers. My follow up visit was nothing different. I am confident in his knowledge as a doctor and appreciate his attentiveness as a person.

Dr. Caplan has been amazing! I was recently diagnosed with EoE and have had little luck with my GI doctor so far. Dr. Caplan helped me figure out how lifestyle and a combination of environmental and food allergies all play a role and what I can do from a more holistic perspective to treat myself. Exactly what I was looking for!

Not sure why this doctor is rated so high. We went to see him with high hopes, and all he did was refer us to other doctors to see if they had a different perspective. But he never gave us his perspective. He ordered some lab tests and promised to talk to us about the results. Never got back. No one in the office returns phone calls. Finally one woman who answered the phone said he's "too busy." So the best way to find out the lab results and his interpretation is to make another appointment. Really?? Just to find out what we went in for in the first place and spent more money in co-pays? No, not 5 stars. Not even close.

I am so glad I found Dr Caplan when we moved back to CO. He is thorough, professional and knowledgeable.

My 9 year old son was quite nervous about getting the allergy scratch tests done. Dr. Caplan and staff were very accommodating, kind, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Caplan was wonderful in his explanations of the course of treatment he thought best. Wait was short and he did a perfect job of answering questions and had great bedside manners. I have had worsening asthma for years, and with his help and recommendation for allergy shots in addition to a new medication, my asthma and allergies are now under much better control than they were a year ago. I would recommend him highly.

Dr.Caplan was recommended by my pediatrician for allergy testing on my daughter. The scheduling of the appointment was a breeze with the assistance of his front office staff. Dr. Caplan spent a good bit of time talking about the test results and what he felt was the best course of action. He spoke mostly to my daughter which was very comforting for her given her young age. She receives allergy shots from Jocelyn, whom she loves. Everyone we've been in contact with has been pleasant and helpful.

Always professional and validating of positive health care behaviors. Gives good advise and inquires about symptoms appropriately. Great nursing staff. I feel lucky to have him as my asthma Doctor.

Dr. Caplan is THE BEST. I've been seeing him for awhile now. I always feel like he has time for me and I never feel rushed. He shows great concern for me as a patient. He always explains and asks if I have any questions and actually listens! I have referred my sister to him as well.

Very thorough in explanation of diagnosis, medications and follow up.

Takes the time to listen to questions and concerns; does not make you feel rushed. Has definitely helped me with all of my allergy problems. I recommend him to all of my friends and family who cannot seem to get allergy relief from any other sources!

The whole office is great! Everyone makes you feel right at home. Always available for concerns or questions!
