Quick and efficient care! Best experience at an urgent care facility. If needed, I will definitely return.

NP misdiagnosed my son. Saying his red teary eyes were not caused by pink eye, but instead allergies. Even after I told him I suspected Pink eye when making the appointment. He was very dismissive. 3 days later my husband caught it. Something so simple, and the NP missed it. He should truly listen to parents and patients to improve his bedside manner. Makes you wonder.

The staff was great once in the room the doc was in fast didnt serm to really care to check me out gafe me a prescription for medication and x-rays and sent me on my way total time that he was in the room was maybe 5 minutes and I still have not received my medication he was supposed to send out two days ago.

Fast, efficient coming through the door and being seen. Doctor was really helpful. The only thing that prevents this from being 5 stars is to set better expectations on the prescriptions to the pharmacy. I was told the prescription was already sent to CVS, however 20-25 minutes later it still did not arrive. It took 45-50 minutes.

The Doctor listened to me, he asked me questions first before telling me to take a particular antibiotic.. Also I’m having trouble hearing , front desk was also very patient with me, regarding my needing direction with new tech check in and inability to hear at present.

Was seen on time. Quick but thorough visit. Listened to my symptoms. Provided their process and further testing at er if necessary. Highly recommend. So easy and friendly.

First time their and the experience was great, they got me in fast which was a surprise and paperwork was handled quick!!! Dr. Brown took care of me and really made sure the experience was great and went above and beyond to ensure I was treated correctly and addressed the problem at hand!!! Would highly recommend this clinic for any and all unexpected needs as they are friendly and very efficient!!! Thank you again for getting me taken care of!!!

Our whole family comes here for anything we can. The staff is wonderful and Dr Brown is great! If you’re a veteran enrolled in VA healthcare, you can come here for care under your VA plan as part of community care. My many thanks to the folks here who take care of us!

Very convenient, they have air cleaners in the room and I like the online access that shows the status of where you are in line. Staff very courteous, professional, and received X-rays on a disc to take to my doctor for follow-up. The only thing was the prescription was sent to a pharmacy a little further away. But it may have been that I edited the pharmacy location on the site too late.

Had a wonderful experience at this urgent care. In and out quickly for an X-ray for a 9 year old’s fractured wrist. All staff were very friendly. We wish the doctor who helped us was our pediatrician honestly. Thoughtful, kind. 10/10!

This was my first time here and I have to say I was impressed with the staff, the facility and the wait time which was reasonable. If I ever need to visit an urgent care again, this place will be my go to.

I came here for a pre-participation physical to be a chaperone for summer camp. The front staff were very kind and helpful. The office was very clean. I only waited 20 minutes before being called back. The provider who examined me was very kind and also very prompt. I was in the office less than an hour total- which is unheard of with Urgent Care! Not to mention, I paid less here for this exam and paperwork than I would have with my own primary physician. I will recommend this place to anyone needing a physical and forms filled out. I was so impressed today with Integrative Urgent Care. I have been to many urgent cares over the years and always dreaded needing to go. Today I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Brown and his staff. As soon as I walked in I felt everything was so organized, and clean. The staff was so helpful and kind and professional. I was treated with respect instantly and not just seen as another person walking in. They seemed to truly care that I would have a condition that would bring me there. They were on my situation instantly. Doctor Brown spent so much time with me and asked all of the very important questions associated with my symptoms. He made the whole process so easy and quick and so very efficient. I was out of the office in 25 minutes with all of the help I could have possibly received. I would highly recommend Dr. Brown and I would highly recommend Integrative Urgent care. (I also am an RN and have absolute confidence that I received the best care possible today.).
