My son and 2 daughters have been cared for since birth. My youngest just turned 18 and I couldn’t be happier with the care she has received from Dr. Anderson and staff. I highly recommend Texas Children’s Pediatrics.

When I was a child I went to him. He was great. One day a friend of ours we were watching while parents were on vacation got hurt at our house. So my mom took him to the doctor. He took my mom into his private office shut the door and chewed her out. Yelled at her and was very rude. Because he said because he's did not have insurance and based on his race the family would not take care of him in case he needed surgery to fix his boot. He also told her he could lose his liscense, since he's in a "bad position" because it's his responsibility to follow up. How rude. You never know a person. You're a doctor you are suppose to take care of patient and people in need. What was my mom suppose to do, says sorry kid.. Thank goodness it was just a sprain... we never went back. I'm sure he's treated others just as crummy. I would go to UTMB instead of here. Just saying. When I was a child I went to him. He was great. My son & daughter have not been going to Dr Anderson’s office since he was born 12 years and this office is a fantastic affiliate of Texas Children’s Hospital and has meet and exceeded all expectations, I’ve recommend this office and to keep an eye out for openings, cant speak highly enough of the staff and Dr Anderson,

Excellent care of my granddaughters- always quick to respond to phone calls and getting spots

Dr. Anderson is absolutely amazing. I have seen him since birth & he has been the best doctor ever. I live almost an hour & a half away & still make the drive just to use Dr. Anderson. We tried other doctors that were closer in our area & we would stay sick. Dr. Anderson is wonderful, if you're looking for an outstanding pediatrician Dr. Anderson is the one to go to!

I was sent a letter from Dr Anderson stating he will no longer care for my children due to 16 missed appointments since 2002. That's 1.14 per year with 5 children. Being laid off, new job, insurance changes, and my wife's inability to drive due to tumors behind he eyes caused a couple scheduling problems, but we tried our best. All 5 of them have been going to him since birth. It's very disheartening to to receive a letter terminating care from a physician that my family trusted.
