This doctors office is the worst place ever. The doctors take their time and it take them forever to send out referrals. The front desk workers are very rude and will just hang up on you when you don't get a full complete answer. I would highly recommend other patients not to come here for those reasons.

Horrible Experience! We had to wait over an hour past our appointment to be begin the process of being seen. Very poorly managed facility Dr. "Marisol" was very unaccomidating, and didn't want to listen.

Dr Lopez is a good doctor. Only issue I have is the actual clinic needs maintenance and to be upgraded. We may not be in fancy Scottsdale but I think the office can look more modern and upgraded.

I do not recommend that doctor or the clinic, the doctor is super rude in the way of expressing himself with his patients. I do not even check my daughter and he was very rude. he just stares at he laptop as if he were seeing something more important than her patients. I do not recommend it

Took my daughter in for an appointment, 2 days with red or pink eye. Discharge booger like from eye....dr takes more than 1 hr to come in to room.....the 10_15 min he was in there he stated child had allergies....did not check or get close to patient to look at eye......was on his laptop the whole time without even looking up. Felt like he was reading from a book..took my daughter to a different, professional pediatritian and was diagnosed with bacterial conjutivitis...... this dr just wasted my time.......front office super rude lady...........not going there ever again. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE IF ENGLISH IS YOUR ONLY LANGUAGE!!! The Dr. himself isn't horrible, but the receptionists are beyond useless! They refuse to provide any assistance to patients if Spanish isn't your first language. Be prepared to be hung up on by them if you talk English & none of your requests or referrals will be completed either. Don't even get me started on much needed RX. File a complaint, they will kick you to the curb, guess they don't understand that won't stop the process!

The WORST clinic EVER! They take forever. The "doctor" is the WORST! Don't trust him!!! Even some other doctors that use to work there said he was the worst ever. Everyone is rude! The doctor once told me my son was allergic to milk. They had him tested and everything. So then a few months later he told me he never told me my son was allergic to milk! Even called me a liar!!!

The worst clinic dirty front desk personnel do not know how to give direction. They do not answer phones correctly!!! The doctor does not care there is no respect to patients hours waiting poor English spoken a male bully who has disregard for a patient's rights of speaking to a doctor!!! Eating food at front desk this practice is a complete joke I would advise no one to go there treated horribly like a third world citizen disgusting this business needs to be closed down .I think health board!!!

4 hrs for appt! Staffs uneducated/speak like valley girls. Awful office w such a cold feeling. No magazines to kill the EXTREMEMLY long wait times and nothing to keep the kiddos calm/ distracted. Very Run down and dirty. Son got stat xrays/bloodwork . Results should've been back within 24 hours. 10 days later and still no results! Cant get the PA to call back! I leave messages every day! Never ever going back. Son sick on/off 3mo now and they don't seem to care
