My wife had a horrible experience. Dr. Almaguer took out to much skin from under her left eye causing a drooping lid called an ectropian. He had bragged that eyes were his speciality. He admitted he had made a big mistake and they were in his medical notes as well. She looked horrible and was very unhappy about what he had done. She asked for her money back and he said "no". She went to other plastic surgeons to have them look at it and they said he did the wrong procedure on her eye and that because of his mistake she would have to have reconstructive surgery. These surgeons said they would definitely give her money back. She needs the money for reconstructive surgery. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
