I would not take my child back. I quit seeing her after she sent my newborn to the hospital where I think she wrote that my son had a missing rib? Really? I found her hostile at times, and just plain RUDE!! AND SLOW. Please DO NOT go here the staff was friendly ONLY when they were in the mood. When my son was 4 months old and she didn't handle him very carefully, just throwing him on a scale to check his weight, yes he was born a month early, but I hated that and would swoop him up away from her as quickly as I did many times. I have found a much better Pediatric associates, Dr. Diana Wagner is her name. I think if you're from Egypt she would be perfect for YOU all. If I could leave a frown face I would ???? NOT HAPPY. I wish I can give this place less than a star, I had a really bad experience with Doctor Enaas. She checks up my children in less than 5 minutes though the office doesn’t have many patients. She doesn’t care about the children’s health. The office and doctor have very poor communication with patients which is very unprofessional. I had an appointment for my kids and the check up was very bad then I wanted to speak with the doctor but she told her assistant that she had other patients and couldn’t see us. We waited in her office to speak to her about our daughter’s health but no patient came out and she left from the back door without informing us. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone sadly, I hope you find a better place for your children’s health. Best doctor I ever seen for my kids and so friendly

Dr. Enas is acknowledgeable person, know what she is doing and have a lot of experience with kids expressed from her assessments and questions also she speaks Arabic.

To be completely honest; I wouldn’t recommend this practice at all. I took my kids to her for over 15 years, trusted her in caring for them and she seemed very nice when she first opened her ‘business.’ Then later, as the years passed by, my children sadly confided in me by saying that they did not feel like she was empathetic and attentive to their needs and concerns or mine when consulting her. When my kids were hospitalized, she didn’t make an effort to call or visit them, which is obviously not professional at all. If you call and leave a message for the doctor to call you back, you can expect that you won’t get that awaited call back. I think that every doctor should make the sincere effort to be attentive and empathetic towards the patients and their parents, guardians etc and their concerns without insinuating any afflicting judgements and so on yet also strive to keep appropriate balance between showing concern listen, and remain professional. Have been coming to the clinic for years! Best doctor ever!

I had dr kasheer as a child, i just had my baby and will be taking him to see her! I loved her she was so caring and helpful for me

So friendly staff, Dr. Enas can speak Arabic. But usually they take long time to see the dr.

outstanding physician care about her patience specially attention to children.

I recommend this doctor because she is very family-friendly and she is also very polite. She has been taking care of my children for over 15 years now and they are all very comfortable with her.
