Dr. Ena May Watson

I have seen Dr. Watson off and on since 2005. She has caused a number of different strategies to provide holistic CBT care, including hypnotherapy, mind/body medicine, and more traditional talk therapy. Her communication is always clear. She has helped me work through several challenging bouts of social and general anxiety and depression through different stages of my life. I am so thankful to have found her many years ago.

She has been very helpful to my teen daughter. I am pleased that she listens well and speaks the truth while being understanding of how to develop solutions. Therapy is what you make it and it does help if you are comfortable with the therapist. My daughter has had counselors before who she didn’t meld with and felt they were trying to give help without hearing her. So I’m hoping this service relationship continues to be as beneficial as it has been.

I found that she was not the type of professional that would be helpful when dealing with my recent life challenges. I found her to be insensitive, judgmental and presumptuous. I would not recommend her to people who have complex life challenges.
