Probably the most thorough dentist office I’ve been to. Dr. Jones has been amazing throughout my whole dental process. Very professional. So today i had extraction of molar and bone graft. No pain! Dr Jones made sure i was comfortable as did his assistant. I’m feeling some discomfort but nothing unbearable and just tonight Dr Jones called me to check in….what dentist does that? Unless my jaw falls off in the next few days I’d definitely recommend him!

Dr. Jones did routine gum surgery on me in order to put my crown back on andhe cut way too much gum away. He never told me this. I had to see it in the mirror once I got home. Extremely disappointed seeing my post where my guy use to be!!!! Also, he took my money and NEVER did a follow up even with a simple phone call. Would NOT recommend!!!!!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Jones' office for over ten years. I find him to be kind, comprehensive and caring and an advocate for my dental health. I would find it very difficult to visit another dentist because of the atmosphere created at Jacksonville Smiles. I have high anxiety when visiting the dentist, but am made to feel comfortable at this office. Chantal is a champion when it comes to office management. She is very kind and Robyn, Jaime and Kim are rock stars in the chair next to me. To this day, I continue to get compliments on my crowns. I have complete trust and confidence in the care I receive from Dr. Jones. They have all had a role in saving my smile and made it possible for me to attend my appointments. Professional, patient and very personable staff.

This is a wonderful environment, with a very friendly staff. If you have fears and anxieties about dental work, they go above and beyond to get you through it, with a smile on your face. Dr. Emmett Jones is the star that shines over your entire experience. I have almost crippling phobia of getting work done on my teeth. And Dr. Jones, and his amazing staff, has cured me of this condition. Hands down the best dental office! The staff is caring and treat you like family. Dr Jones is compassionate and sets your mind at ease. From walking in the front door to being brought back into the room, the entire staff is awesome. The office manager Chantal helped me figure out my insurance and which plan would work best for me. Love this office and would highly recommend them.

Dr. Emmett Jones is not as friendly as his smile leads you to believe. My wife wasn't sedated enough, so we asked for more gas. Dr Jones said that the tube for the gas was in his way, so she had to suffer through a long and painful experience. They swore that she would not remember, but she remembered every second of it. When we returned for a follow up, the staff triple-teamed her and tried to convince her that she didn't remember. (Really?) Please explore your options. I really can't articulate how incredible this staff is. They went out of their way to make me comfortable, and to fix the the problem i went to them to solve. I'm writing this review from my couch with a ton of relief. I HIGHLY recommend this practice. Shout out to Victoria and Dr. Jones! Thank you for everything ✌????

Dr Jones and staff are very comforting, understanding and supportative to my reluctance (fears) associated with dentistry. Just as important, as an RN, I am totally confident in their training, continued education, upgraded equipment- the best!

The staff here is great! The hygienist is awesome. Very gentle and very nice The dentist is also great and gentle. No pain at all! He's very intelligent and has a way of speaking to you that you don't feel worried or nervous about any of the work. They are very good at explaining everything. I ask a lot of questions and they have answers to them all. I feel comfortable and not too stressed or worried when I'm there. This dentistry was recommended to me by a colleague. I made an appointment and had such a great visit. I am very hard to impress and they did a phenomenal job! I have a wonderful experience every time I visit. They are extremely professional and they truly care about you. The environment is very calm and the facility is clean. They do an amazing job at communicating appointments and checking on your well being. Dr. Jones does an exceptional job! I absolutely love him as my dentist! Victoria and Chantal are AWESOME!!! Victoria remembers the small details that I share with her and she always asks about those things when I visit. That is important to me, because it makes me feel like I really matter. The lady who cleaned my teeth was very nice and she made me feel comfortable. I haven't had any problems whatsoever with this dentist office. I can't say enough good things about this place. Dr. Emmett Jones and his staff are number one. I may pay a little more, but that’s ok. When it comes to my dental health, I want the best. When at Jacksonville Dental Care, I’m never uncomfortable or in discomfort, and am always reassured by Dr. Jones’ professionalism and warm calming demeanor. If you need to see a dentist, see Dr. Emmett Jones - you can’t go wrong.

I had a great appointment with dr Jones today, he is always very friendly but more than that he always explains step by step what the procedure is in terms I can understand, I’ve been going to him for a number of years now & ive got all my implants from him 100% satisfied!

The most friendly staff as well as helping you relax! I am a customer for life!
