My friend sees him and he's a very poor doctor. He doesn't seem to care or have any compassion for his patients. She's been in a crisis state and was told that she could talk to him and we get there and they just say that she doesn't have an appointment and he can't see her for about two weeks. If I could give this place 0 stars I would ive been here going on 2months now an only once did I get the right amnt of medicine required. They seem to not care at all about one's recovery. DONT NOT, TURN AROUND RUN AWAY!!

Incompetent in sending over medical prescriptions to pharmacists. Denied their mistake, and repeated this action multiple times. Used to be fine but now is severally lacking a proper doctor! I called on 12/9 for a flu shot and was told she was out till January.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I went there for depression treatments that required a strict schedule, and they have denied and neglected to give me necessary care more times than I can count. Our insurance had approved the treatments, yet they continued to bill the insurance incorrectly and demand we pay up front for the treatments. There have been multiple days where we drove a half hour to our appointment only to be notified that neither of the doctors will be showing up and we have to drive back home. No one ever apologizes or takes responsibility for these mistakes, and it is often difficult to get a straight answer out of anyone about whether or not we should be expecting a treatment that week. The office is extremely unorganized and don’t even seem to know what their own job is. Overall a very disappointing and infuriating encounter. They have neglected and abandoned my daughter in the absolute worst way. Sharon Cooper would not show up for scheduled appointments regularly. They would let us drive an hour to tell us once we were there that Sharon would not be in. These were treatment appointments that my daughter counted on to have in a specific order to work. They do not care one single bit about patient care, only how much money they can get out of you. I plan to call the medical ethics commission on this organization and every other place that I can to try and save as many future victims from this place as possible. To top it all off they said if I would like to pick her treatment records up I could for $20 per page. If you do what you are supose to do this place is wonderful and will help you in any eay they can.

This place is awesome they have always been so good to me , if you go in and do what you are supposed to you will be fine. That means not going in a failing a drug test and saying o I swear I dont have anything in my system but really you do. Just do what you are supposed to and it will be a great place.

Worst experience ever in my life!! Staff is rude, doesn't want to work around work or personal life, they change and schedule you without talking to you, say the will do something never do it just to prove the point that they are in control,never can get a call back from anyone in the office,had to wait over a hour just to drop, waited for 3 to 4 hours every visit would not recommend this place to anyone needing help and treatment.
