Dr. Okolo is a great great doctor. The reason for the 3 stars is because even though he is a great doctor he is to busy to be sensitive to your unique situations. A doctor isn’t just there to care for your physical needs but also your emotional needs (spot possible depression). But he is moving to fast to notice those kinds of things. He has to much on his agenda, i think he should just stick to his work at the hospital rather than trying to have a private practice. His receptionist are the best either. They need to be more organized. And Dr. Okolo doesn’t have time to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to. For example, I called to make an appointment and their mailbox is full ???? WHAT!!! It’s a doctors office! It doesn’t even have doctor office prompts. It just send you straight to voicemail and them hangs up because its full. I’m sure other people have these issues but continue to go because he is truly a good doctor. I wish him and his practice the best. Dr. Okolo is a great great doctor. VERY THOROUGH AND PATIENT. ASK AND ANSWERS QUESTIONS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. LISTENS AND FOLLOWS UP WITH GIVEN DIRECTIONS. EXPLAINS NEW MEDICATIONS AND ANSWERS ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNING UPCOMING PROCEDURES, OR ISSUES FROM PAST PROCEDURES. JUST AN ALL AROUND NICE PERSON AND GREAT DOCTOR.

Dr. Okolo was wonderful with my mother. She recently passed at age 87 but Dr. Okolo took extremely good care of her. He is knowledgeable, personable and very caring. I am so glad he took care of my mother.
