Dr Blum is an outstanding Dr! She’s very knowledgeable and puts the needs of her patients first! I highly recommend her & the staff at Ga Urology! Everyone in the office is always so nice and helpful!

She is AMAZING!!! We moved to Georgia a little over a year ago and Dr. Blum has seen two of my children for their health issues. She is very reassuring and transparent on what they are going to do to treat the issue and how they will monitor it. She sets a plan for you and she makes sure she has every detail and review every detail. We need more doctors like Dr. Blum. My kids and I love her! Thank you Dr. Blum!

I love GU. Have used them for many years. Have always been Dr Elmore and he is the best. This was my first time at Midtown. Dr Blum is nice and answer any questions I had. I feel like she talked down to me because I am a great grandma with coustdy of my great grandson. Dr Blum is wonderful and her staff is great.

Dr.Blum is the best in Georgia hands down for pediatric patients. She took great care of my son pre and post surgery. She gave me lots of reassurance and made sure that I thoroughly understood everything every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone. My experience couldn't have been any better.

Our first time in Dr. Blum's office with my son was a great experience. Her energy and smile was contagious. She was able to make tough talks easy. She made us feel very comfortable. Here service was top rate in my opinion.

Dr. Blum was very knowledgeable as my appointment was a referral. She reiterated exactly what the pediatrician said. She did not force a decision but instead provided options and left the decision up to me.

Dr. Blum was great! She took the time to listen, explain, re-explain...She took interest. The check-in process was smooth and the wait time was ok (has room for improvement). Why I won't be coming back to her practice - they are completely unorganized!!! it's been a complete headache. Dr. Blum referred me to someone else to perform a laparoscopic surgery. She said her assistant would give me this info. It never came. I called the office and had to leave 2 different messages before the assistant would call me back. The assistant then said she would call me back with the info and never did. So again, I needed to chase this information down. Finally the assistant got the information I needed and referred me to another pediatric urologist within the practice to perform the surgery. A week later, still no call from the referred urologist's assistant to schedule the surgery. My child needs surgery. Her first surgery. I'm already on pins and needles regarding this fact. Dr. Blum's office is not making me at ease with their abilities. I've booked an appointment with a different practice. Maybe they'll be more organized and deliver on their commitments to their patients. Worst experience ever. I feel like they just don't care. I'm glad I had this experience before my child's surgery. We returned for the results and treatment options. She explained thoroughly his condition, often speaking directly to him, in a language he could understand. I appreciate her expertise and genuine concern. As a Nurse Practitioner, it is very important to me that my Provider is equally engaging as knowledgeable. No questions left unanswered. We definitely found this with Dr. Blum. We have been seen in a couple of her locations, each time received professionally and welcoming. The staff is courteous and respectful. Very caring staff! Dr.Blum is incredible! She has been very honest and thorough. She even called from home to give details of my son upcoming surgery and to make sure i had calmed down. Im glad she's taking care of my son. You can tell when a person heart is in their career versus someone who's doing it for the money!!!

Our family could not be more pleased with our experience with Dr. Blum and Georgia Urology (GU). We were referred to GU by our medical carrier for a major issue with our son. Being assigned to Dr. Blum was an absolute blessing! From our first meeting to now, she has consistently been clear in her communications, open with her knowledge, active in her listening, and abundant with her care and empathy. She has performed two surgeries for our child. With both, her level of research on how to best address the issue, her immediate recognition of the need for collaboration with her peers, her intense commitment to delivering an excellent outcome, and her sincere interest in the short-term and long-term well being of our son left us with an absolute sense of ease and comfort for a very difficult circumstance. Doctor Emily Blum is an amazing physician. She took one look at my baby and knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. The office was so nice and worked so diligently to get us in right away. Dr. Blum is the most amazing doctor we have ever had the privilege of having! She was with us since the day our son was born. He has some unique kidney issues and she worked incredibly hard to determine exactly what was wrong, and get a diagnosis. She consulted many other doctors, ordered several different imaging services, gave us her personal contact information for any concerns or questions we had. When our son was 8 months old, she performed a very successful surgery and, now...nearly a year later, she is still just as available and helpful to us as she was in the beginning. We were referred there by my grandson's primary physician. Found the place very professional, but friendly and trustworthy. There was a very short wait time which is unusual for a specialist office. I would recommend them!!

Where do I begin all I can say is amazing. Emily Blume and her staff including Keisha strong the surgery scheduler are so knowledgeable and organized and caring and compassionate and they really take the time my daughter was born at 35 weeks with one kidney and hydronephrosis of that kidney Emily performed her first of 3 surgeries on my daughter when my daughter was only 2 months and repaired the blockage she also took the time to follow-up with me consistently through emails and appointments on my daughter's condition to ensure that we save that one good kidney. And to take it a step further you can really tell that Emily not only enjoys her work but takes pride in it the scar from the cut that was placed during my daughter's kidney surgery is barely even there now.I'm so thankful for her and I wish her continued success with her practice.
