The office staff is very difficult to speak to and seems unable to work with patients. Very rude to my mother on her scheduled appointment. The office Rescheduled her appointments multiple times with no regards to the patient care. Will never return to this office

Very bad receptionist and all the staff are very rude and don’t care for patients at all they scream and talk over patients. The staff has no respect for elders. Even the Dr she does not care about patients she keeps being out for weeks and does not leave the prescription ready for refill for the next month and patient needs to wait till she comes back from her vacations and be on pain all the time. She is a wonderful doctor but her front office staff reception are rude and need a crash course on communication with their patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dulgheru's for 2 years after having driven for many years to Houston, then Sugarland, to see a rheumatologist there. I have received excellent treatment from everyone in her clinic, from Irasema, to Angelica, and Dr. Dulgheru herself. They are very kind, compassionate and caring individuals. I cannot say enough about how awesome Dr. Dulgheru is! She is so warm and friendly, attentive, caring and knowledgeable about her craft. I would not go anywhere else! DR. D is an excellent doctor and treats you like family. Her staff is outstanding and the wait time is the best out of any Doctor I see. Excellent communication and online health records for patients.

I transferred from another rheumatologist and just with my consultation with Dr. D I was completely blown away by her * her staff. I read some of the reviews and they didn't do justice to her staff. Her staff is very attentive as is Dr.D. Wait time isn't usually long but if I have to wait it's ok bc when I am in the room with her she takes her time listening to my symptoms, questions, worries & needs. I never feel rushed and she never seems rushed whilenin the room with me. Which means alot

I asked for the procedure to set up an appointment for my 14 year old daughter that has been an active rheumatologist patient at Texas Childrens and Driscoll for over 4 years and she was the most impatient person I have ever spoken with. I needed clarification as to what exactly the Dr needed since it's more convenient to be seen locally instead of driving several hours but it was as if I was asking too much. I've been seeing a Rheumotologist from Austin for 3 years. Issues with Marketplace prevented me from seeing any of my specialists in Austin. I was able to see Dr Dulgheru and had a very favorable experience. I met with a couple of her staff members upon intake and they actually paid attention and listened to what I've been going through for last 3 years. Each staff member took diligent notes and were very patient with me, as my communication skills and memory suffer when I take my pain medication. Dr. Dulgheru, just like my Rheumotologist in Austin, looked carefully at my fingernails, as it is a sign of how damaging Psoriatic Arthritis has been to my body. I just called to make an appointment with the rheumatologist and was told I have to have a referral TO SEE IF THE DOCTOR WILL ACCEPT ME! I have been seeing a rheumatologist in San Antonio for over 35 years but have just moved to the area. I cannot believe I have to spend money on another doctor just so I can get a paper that says, she needs to see a Rheumatologist when I am dealing with Lupus and RA! It is ridiculous and no doctor should put a person through this when I have all my records!

Dr. Dulgheru was my Rheumatologist while practicing in Brownsville, however when she moved to McAllen I was never able to get back in. Her secretary/ office manager is horrible and has no people skills. She’s very rude and didn’t allow me to speak to my doctor for post-surgery instructions. I had pending health issues and was scheduled to follow up after a surgery but was repeatedly denied appointments. Dr. Dulgheru is amazing unfortunately I can’t say the same about her staff. Too bad her Brownsville staff didn’t move as well! Dr. Dulgheru was my Rheumatologist while practicing in Brownsville, however when she moved to McAllen I was never able to get back in. I moved and had to change doctors but the experience I am going thru the new doctor comes nothing close to the attention and care I got from Dr. Dulgheru and her staff, specially Angelica. Very helpful, attentive, and caring. I actually would not mind driving 320 miles just to have Dr Dulgheru treat the RA. I really miss them.

Dr. Dulgheru, her nurse and staff are caring and have been willing to go the extra mile to help me. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. D as my rheumatologist. She always has a smile when she greets me and really listens and tries to help in any way possible.
