Dr. Emad A. Mikhail

Very bad communication. Seen hin on Tuesday had an MRI. Called him twice. Once to see if he perscribe something for pain. In alot of pain. No call. Got results from MRI Wednesday called to see what the plan was again no call back. Thursday now and still radio silence. Not sure what to do just sitting here in pain with no resolution.

Dr Mikhail was highly unprofessional, uncaring and rude. He told me I should go back to the VA hospital. Refused me as a patient and recommended me PT. He argued with me on multiple occasions and told me that he can not fix my problems. Pain Doctor That Does Not Help With Pain!!!

Dr. Mikhail nurse Nancy is unprofessional. She is rude and disregarding. When dealing with patients she has an unpleasant disposition every time there is interaction with her. Dr. Mikhail should evaluate his staff to ensure every patient is being treated professionally and with respect, so he does not lose patients.

He's terrible -- cold, unpleasant, nasty, uncaring. He couldn't care less that the patient is suffering. All he wants is to make sure he gets paid.

Can't even set up an appointment even with a doctors reference. You call and are asked if your a new patient then they transfer you to the new patient hotline where your greeted by an answering machine and leave a message only for it to not get returned. I really like Dr Mikhail he takes the extra care to address all your needs to help relieve your pain. Much better then the previous Dr I saw in the past. Thank you Dr Mikhail

Dr. Mikhail has literally saved my life. Or, I should say, given me back my life. His careful guidance, knowledge and patience has resulted in my being able to conduct normal everyday activities at a pain level I can manage. He really listened and was very honest when discussing my prognosis. I trust his skill, his knowledge and his caring very much. I was blessed to have found him.

A pain management doctor who doesn't treat pain. Really??? Arrogant, disrespectful and lacks empathy. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Mikhail cured my wife from 15 years of nerve pain in both legs after one office visit. It truly is a miracle. He succeeded where many others had failed. Its a perfect example of why being a Medical Doctor is such a noble profession. We are forever grateful.

Incredibly rude and uncaring man! The staff is wonderful but he doesn’t deserve to be called a doctor. He prescribed an aspirin based medication for years that caused me to have bleeding ulcers and despite this he adamantly refused to prescribe an alternative medication or stop the one I was on. I brought a family member with me to my last appointment to try and help me talk to him about the problems the medication was causing me and he screamed at her for asking him a question! I actually didn’t want to take medication but couldn’t stop it due to their drug testing and his refusal to change it. He became so incensed that I brought a family member to help me that he yelled at her and told HER that he wouldn’t see ME anymore!? But it was a blessing in disguise because I found a great, competent pain management doctor who knows what he’s doing! Who immediately stopped the harmful aspirin medication and started occipital nerve block injections in my head. Mikhail never even touched me for the years I saw him so he never figured out what my real problem was. Again, horrible horrible doctor! And no, I didn’t want meds! Wonderful. Dr mikhail helped me walk without pain. He avoids unnecessary procedures. I absolutely love him. I don’t think he has much tolerance for the junkies that come to him for narcotics. Dr. Mikhail sees his patients promptly, listens carefully to the patient's description of his/her problems, discusses the best type of relief for that patient, and has a kind heart. I would highly recommend him to anyone who suffers with chronic pain.

I have a permanent pinch nerve. All the pain management clinics wanted to have my records from previous Doctors before they saw me or decided to see me! I was in such pain I could not even show up to work for a full week. Dr. Mikhail was willing to see me, and gave me some shots. They did not work and I saw he on a follow up. He gave me a prescription for damaged nerve, OMG!! I have not felt this good in a long time, I'm not great but I can get out of bed and make it to work. Thank you DrMikhail

Well Informed and technically excellent. He is very kind and caring. The staff is excellent and work with you to get appointments and treatments in place. I have trusted him for years.

Dr Emad A Mikhail is is very arrogant, uncaring and rude. He is just in this business for the money only. He runs the office like a assembly line. His wife Kim is not much better. She has two disorderly conduct, with can be viewed on the Painesville Municipal Search page.

I would recomend Dr. Mikhail to anyone who suffers from chronic pain, in fact I have sent several friends to him who have been very satisfied with his treatment, including my husband.

Dr. Mukhail gave me back my life. I had severe back pain and he helped me deal with that. He put me in contact with a surgeon when he could no longer help me. That went well. He currently helps me deal with osteoarthritis in my knees. I was walking with a walker and now can walk all day. i can't say enough good things about him.

The Dr was very compassionate and listened to what I had to say, he made me feel very at ease and was very concerned in helping me. I would recommend this Doctor to everyone I Know.

The most horrible physician I've ever gone to. He needs to go back to Egypt as his unprofessionalism and lack of manners is not tolerated here in the USA. His nose is stuck in the computer during your entire office visit and when you try to speak he interrupts and Speaks Over You Never allowing you to voice your opinion.

Awful staff. Very rude. They didn't give me the option of receiving anesthesia before receiving a very painful procedure. After going through severe pain and crying through it I heard someone on the staff say all that just for a shot. I couldn't believe it! Very rude and unsympathetic! I will never make the mistake of going here again.

He never did a physical exam to even evaluate my pain. I brought films because I made it clear when scheduling appointment I needed a dr to compare recent and past...he never even looked at them. Very dissatisfied with my visit.
