I went in for severe spinal stenosis and a fractured right knee all consist of pain. he suggested that I look for my pain medication online. This is what doctors have been reduced to because they're so scared to prescribe any pain medication to their patients that are in pain. So instead of a doctor not helping me I have to look for my pain medication on the internet thank you very much.

Dr. Daoud was amazing in helping me manage my back pain. He took the time to do a proper exam and clearly explained why I was having pain. Together we worked on a pain management program until I could have my procedure. Nearly a year later, I am still pain free.

He is ok. At least, he generally sees patients on time. I think he knows what he is doing, but is limited to spinal injections mostly. I always wonder why treating physicians get a PhD, as it generally means you are a researcher in medicine not a provider. He does do nerve ablations and injections, but mine didn't particularly help much. The pain management department in general will not recommend surgery if that is what you are going for. They will do injections if you demonstrate significant pain. However, he doesn't do ultrasound injections which limits what he can treat if no bones are near the pain. You may want to try physical medicine and rehabilitation for injections of the spine or peripheral nerves as it might be more convenient times and locations. He is ok. Before he even looked further into figuring out why I had neck pain he guessed instead. And offered no treatments. Told me because I wanted to see a neck surgeon instead that all I want is surgery. Umm no just wanted to make sure my hardware in my neck was fine etc. He is not a surgeon but acted like he knew based on old records. Waste of time. You don't tell a patient to 'accept it' instead of finding the cause. I didn't go to a therapist I went to a doctor.

I saw Dr. Daoud for a year and a half. He never ordered one test, x-ray, mri, or ct-scan. He never checked the RH factor in my blood before diagnosing me with arthritis. His only treatment was to keep upping medication that I continually told him had no effect, until I said no and found a different medication to try on my own. He put me on a muscle relaxer without checking to see if it interacted with any of the other 9 meds I take. It did. And only after a year did anyone bother to check that. I could have died. The interaction of those two medications can be dangerous. Finally, I asked for nothing more than more ideas because nothing we'd done had worked. He insisted the CC pain clinic was the only other treatment he had. The program runs 5 days a week from 7:30 to 4 for 9 weeks and if you miss one day, they'll drop you. I'm on federal disability for the precise reason that I cannot keep that schedule. He does not listen to anything but the glorious chorus of how awesome he is playing in his head. He will not offer cortisone injections. He will not offer therapeutic massages. He will not offer medication beyond OTCs. Bottom line: his job is to send you to CC pain clinic which will cost you thousands more than any other treatment.

He is a good doctor, Ive been a patient for several years and wouldn’t trust anyone else .Ive seen him for surgical injections for a back injury multiple times, he does very well. staff is great .. however their wasn’t any follow up ... nothing explained, no notes on my chart ... as to what transpired or what followmup was recommended. I was told he wasn’t very good with that. It was as though the appt. never happned. I couldn’t remember half of what he was saying.

What a heartless man with incredibly poor bedside manner! He has no compassion for patients and should not claim to manage pain!

Dr. Daoud is an excellent doctor. He is also a doctor with a super nice personality. I have had him give me several sets of injections in my spine , over the years for the pain of spinal canal stenosis and each time it was a stress free experience that gave me much relief for long periods of time His staff is also just wonderful.

This doctor is very rude, and a sicko, I would not recommend him.

Ive been under Dr. Daouds care for over 6 years now. In this time, he has never changed the way appointments are handled, treatment offerings, availability, professionalism and compassion. Reason being......he has always been 'on top' with his knowledge and understanding way, of his practice. He runs a tight ship and is always aware of a patients needs.would I recommend Dr. Daoud? Resoundly, yes!

THIS DR. ATTEMPTED TO MANAGE MY PAIN WITHOUT LOOKING INTO WHAT WAS CAUSING MY SYMPTOMS. THIS DR. WILL NOT TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN TO YOU.
