Dr. Elysee H Sinclair

I left this doctor's office feeling like a piece of garbage. I've never been treated so nastily by a doctor before. I am allergic to my cat but I'm not able to take steroids or over the counter meds because I have a bad reaction to them. I expressed this to Dr. Sinclair and asked if we could do allergy shots (immunotherapy) instead. The doctor refused to do an allergy test on me that day saying we needed to wait????, and kept pushing this steroid inhaler on me after I told her I was scared to take it because of my reaction to steroids before. I asked her if it was albuterol and she snapped at me saying, " No! I told you it's not albuterol!" I told her I was still scared to take it and she actually said to me, " Whatever!" I could not believe this doctor was talking to me this way when all I did was tell her I was scared. Her medical assistant Fanta was nice and told me not to mind her, but I'm sorry, a doctor shouldn't treat a patient like that, especially when that patient came to her for help. I was not inflamed, I wasn't sniffling or coughing, or "wheezing" as she tried to tell me I was after she quickly used her stethoscope. In fact, I just saw my primary the day before, and she said I was fine. I only get itchy and start sniffling when I pet my cat, then I wash my hands and I'm ok, it is a mild allergy. This doctor wanted to prolong the number of visits I had to come to her by spreading everything out. No allergy skin test, no talk about the shots, nothing! She sends me out for bloodwork, tells me to come back in 2 weeks. I asked her what happens then? She said we'll see, it depends on the results, but we won't do allergy shots right away. Then they inform me when I'm checking out that the doctor is only there in the Boynton office on Wednesdays from 8 to 12. I told them I have to work during that time and I had to request time off to come to see her today. I wish they had told me about her limited schedule when I originally booked the appt. The receptionist actually told me to go home and think about it, see if I can change my work schedule. I told her this is my work schedule, I can't change it. She said to stop being so negative, maybe I can change it! Wow! Please don't waste your money like I did, find another allergy doctor. I left this doctor's office feeling like a piece of garbage. Dr sinclair and office staff are great always accommodating.Been going there for over a year ,They are very nice and caring

Caring doctor that listens to you so rare these days and will continue to make your experience relaxed while you may feel stressed over your situation I was hospitalized twice a year before I started coming to her practice and now it’s been years free Phinton

I came to Dr Sinclair over 10 years ago because of constant battles with bronchitis and sinus infections related to allergies. She helped me through the use of allergy shots, preventative inhalers, and nasal spray. I am proud to say I barely get a cold once a year now! She takes all the time you need when you see her. Her office staff is professional and pleasant to deal with and there's never a wait. Highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Sinclair is an excellent allergist and diagnostician. She spends time with you and really listens to any concerns you may have. Her office staff are organized, friendly, and courteous. I have complete confidence in Dr. Sinclair's abilities and I highly recommend her. On a side note, her office is one of the few medical offices with current magazines....very patient-oriented!

Dr. Sinclair is very friendly and highly professional. Very highly recommended.

Dr. Sinclair is an outstanding physician. Not only is she an excellent allergist, but she is kind and compassionate. Dr. Sinclair listens to her patients and is concerned about their wellbeing. I highly recommend her for children, as well as adults.
