Went to learn more about my allergic reactions and hopefully figure out specifically what I was allergic too. I spent close to 2 hours in the office and found out nothing more than what I already knew. No tests were even done to try and figure out what I was allergic too. It just felt like a big waste of time and money honestly.

I have been waiting an entire year to write a review. To start, Janet is so amazing. She is always willing to help and answer and questions you may have. Dr. Ashida is compassionate, thoughtful, organized, almost to the point of perfection. Both my father and I deal with AERD (aspirin exacerbated respiratory disease) and she has made our road to a healthier life much easier. Previous to her, I was struggling to find medication to aid my AERD symptoms. It was by word of mouth that I learned about Dr. Ashida. Soon after my 1st appointment I was able to get on a life changing medication all doctors before her could not get approved. She offered new insight into my disease and got me in contact with my surgeon Dr. Suh. Had it not been for Dr. Ashida I would not be living my best, healthy life. What was once a struggle, a simple autonomous act, breathing- is now a reality for me. Thank you Dr. for all your continuous hard work and effort. This doctor is more like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. She is very moody and berates her receptionist in front of patients in the lobby. Scary.

This is the best doctors office I have come across in years. Dr. Ashida and her team (Janet and others) are the most professional, kind and responsive healthcare professionals you could imagine. The American healthcare system can be confusing and frustrating. Dr. Ashida and her team are always there by your side to navigate you through all of it. I came to Dr. Ashida with a severe condition and now I’m practically healed thanks to a medication that she was able to get for me without me having to pay anything out of pocket. They have the kind of dedication to customer service that you only know from big, great brands: Open on Saturdays and an online platform where you get replies to your questions within hours. Dr. Ashida is one of the best physicians I have ever seen. Instead of just treating my symptoms, she was determined to figure out what was causing my illness. After struggling for 20 years, I feel like I will finally get relief. She truly cares about her patients. I'm so happy I found her!

Dr Ashida saved my life. 25 years ago. I just remarried and had 2 young children. I almost called 911. Made an appointment with Dr. Ashida, took me immediately and after trying different methods to help me breathe but no improvement. She sent me home with a nebulizer and instructed me to breathe the saline solution every hour for 5 hours. She said she would call and check on me and if I was still having trouble, go to emergency. She called me. I was breathing better. I had an appointment to test what I was allergic to. She made the perfect medication for me and every week I dropped by to receive my shots. I did this for many years. The quality of my life has improved. I eventually did not need shots nor use inhalers. If it wasn’t for Dr Ashida’s care, I wouldn’t be enjoying my granddaughters Alani 6yrs and Akemi 2 yrs. today.. I am grateful. Thank you Dr Ashida.
