Dr. Lach and his staff are kind and courteous. Dr. Lach takes his time to assess and describe the procedure so that you are fully confident. The putcome of my procedure (removal of large lipoma on my back) was extremely successful and I am so pleased with the results!

Dr. Lach and all staff are amazing at what they do. Dr. Lach prioritizes making his patients feel comfortable and giving them the result they desire. I was nervous going into surgery but He definitely eased my nerves and made me feel very comfortable. After surgery he has been very caring as well and has checked in daily to make sure I am feeling well. Would definitely recommended coming to Dr. Lach, he does an amazing job and really cares about his patients.

I assume he is out of business, but in case he is not : do not go to him. I had a consultation for breast lift where dr lach said had would have to do extra surgery to attach more skin to around my nipples because they were smaller than average. The whole office was pretty sketchy and not professional. When I went to Dr I ended up getting the procedure with, he politely said that Dr Lach was disreputable and never said anything about attaching extra skin around my nipples. He is the best doctor I ever met! Trust his reputation and other reviews. I would describe him as attentive, trustworthy, personable, and intelligent. I was in a medical emergency, and he was able to make life and death decisions. If you’re seeking his care in any way, you are in safe and experienced hands.

Care to the core. Dr. Lach is a special guy/doctor. He is 100% about helping you get better. I came from Minnesota to receive laser treatments that I could not get there. These guys have the best laser equipment to deal with so many issues In one’s healing journey. Dr Lach spent a tremendous amount of time with me and never made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. While I got my treatments they also found time to have Kaela do acne treatment on my 19 yr old son. I tell you what—his face has never looked better! Kaela is a very gifted esthetician. Dr. Lach was exceptional in helping us get our newborn treatment for an ear deformity. Using the EarWell system was a breeze with him. He wery concerned with getting the best results possible and making sure we were comfortable with the process. He often checked in with us on his days off or after hours. He seemed very dedicated to his work. He even saw us on a day off in office when we had an urgent concern. Excellent care. I would highly recommended. And the results were fantastic!

Dr. Lach is a trustworthy experienced doctor with extensive knowledge in plastic surgery and laser treatments. He has a gentle bedside manner. His nurse Gail is so kind and compassionate. I highly recommend this practice and have gone to them for many years.

Amazing!!! I’ve been seeing Kiela and Dr. Lach for years to get facials, solitone and Dr. Lach removed cysts for me over the years. They have helped me with me acne and my skin looks great!

I saw this Dr back in 2013 for a fractured orbital blowout and let me just say he was so gentle and patient with my face before and after surgery! As. Breast Cancer survivor I opted for reconstructive surgery 7 years ago. I only wish I knew about Dr Lach back then. After too many surgeries to count over the years ...he is the 3rd plastic surgeon I’ve seen. I needed him to clean up the mess left behind after I decided to have the implants removed. I have never been treated with such, skill and kindness from a Doctor. He talked with me about my entire health, taking a holistic approach to what I was asking of him. I’m now healing and feeling better than I have in a very long time physically and also about my appearance. He gave me options, no one else ever mentioned. I am extremely grateful. As. I have been seeing Dr Lach for many years for various reasons. I can honestly say that He is the kindest doctor I have ever had. He really cares about his patients and He is also exceptionally good at what he does. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lach to anyone looking for an excellent plastic surgeon.

Worst. Experience. Ever. Horrible bed side manner. Neglectful patient care resulted in massive infection that was ignored for weeks.

Seeing Dr. Lach at Core New England. He has always been excellent care, taking adequate time to understand my issues.

Dr Lach is very thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He took his time, answered my questions. No rushing through the appointment. Patient and caring are two words to describe Dr. Lach. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Office staff are also very nice. Excellent experience.

Dr. Lach treated me like family. I broke my hand over 10 years ago and I was referred to him. I received outstanding care. Since that time, my 10 yo daughter developed an angioma that was treated effectively by Dr. Lach. She also severely cut her hand with a serrated butter knife. I was able to reach him after hours and he calmly told me what to do and she was seen first thing the next AM. She has a fear of most doctors/dentists but not Dr. Lach. He's friendly and able to put all at ease, especially a Mom that was in a panic after my daughter injured herself. I can't say enough positive things about him and the care he gives. I really enjoyed going to see Dr. Lach. It was my first time going in for botox treatment. Dr. Lach was very friendly, and helpful, and the procedure was so simple. The doctor made me laugh, and made me feel very at ease with the whole procedure. I will definitely be coming back!
