What visit? The one that was changed many times without notice or confirmation? The service is awful. Can't call the office directly, have to leave a message with a call center and sit comfortably to get a callback and hope they don't call you when you can't answer the phone. Extremely impersonal and unprofessional.
I've always had a great experience with Dr. Bernard. I know that Core pushes the quantity of patients, so sometimes I have to wait to be seen, but I know once I get in there she will give me her attention, 100%.
