Dr. Ellaine Sese Pingol

I have seen Dr. Pingol once and she seemed nice enough. However, her office workers are grossly incompetent. I had to reschedule an appointment months ago due to a work conflict. Whoever answered at that time told me Manny would call me back. It's been six months and Manny hasn't called. I noticed recently my blood pressure is spiking and I need to be seen. I called last week to see if I could get in. Again told that Manny will call me. A week later guess what?.... Manny didn't call me back. Now I don't know what to do. Should I go to urgent care and see if they'll adjust my BP meds? Don't be fooled....Manny will never call you back!!!!!!

I needed to establish a new primary doctor. Anyone knows this can be a stressful time with all the searching and deciding on who to select. I chose Dr. Pingol and I am so happy with her and her staff! Dr. Pingol is so easy to talk to and takes her time going over everything with you! Thank you so much Dr. Pingol and staff!

Manny at the front desk is courteous. Dr Pingol is calm. Shes very knowledgeable Its always a pleasure to visit the office.

I was a 10+ year Patient of Dr Pingol's. You will wait for an hour EVERY SINGLE time you have an appointment, no matter what time of the day you're there. I avoided going in for months and months because of this. The final straw was when her office called to tell me they were sending me to collections for a $25 no-show from my Daughter 14th months ago. I had moved and they were sending the bill to my old address. Um, how about you call me? I am done. Never going back. You don't treat long-term patients this way.

Very disappointed in this doctor. For many years, I have gone to her, but at my last visit, she made a comment that was totally uncalled for and unprofessional, to say the least. I left the office in tears. I will now have to find a new doctor.

I love her! I’ve gone to her for about 12 years. I used to live in Henderson but drive from the North West to see her. She’s the perfect blend between great bedside manner and being direct. Sometimes she runs a bit late but i know she is giving the same great care to the person prior to me as i will get. She doesn’t rush you because she wants to be sure your questions are answered. She even refills prescriptions from vacation.

She really care and get on point to the health of patients & all her staffs very friendly and helpful.

Best Doctor in town I will recommend her to anybody you will love her, because she cares for her patients she is always worry about your health, she is super nice and she take the time to lisent to your concerns best of all she always have an answer for you questions and I just have to say she is the best never been so happy with a Doctor like I feel with Doctor Pingol I love her she is an angel.

Dr. Pingol has been my primary dr. for over 4 years now and she excellent. She has great bedside manner, shes kind and patient, something that is rare to find in the this city.
