Terrible experience. Started the virtual appointment late and ended it about 20 min early! Her opening line was … “go ahead” my poor mother who had recently attempted to commit suicide told her what had happened and explained the abusive behavior she had to endure by her son and after 30 min of my mom talking and Elizabeth looking at two monitors and clicking away (she could hear the clicking) she concluded with - “maybe you should apologize to him (her son) if you hurt him!” Clearly didn’t listen to ANYTHING my mother said to her. My mom was lucky to have my sister and I to pick her up for the next few days after that session sunk her deeper into her depression!! Elizabeth you switch careers!
