This healthcare provider was supposedly treating my dad, who has been diagnosed with a degenerative condition by another provider. This one though was obviously incompetent enough to state after having seen him that he was "normal" and she "didn't see anything abnormal ". I tried to get a hold of her to inform her of some ominous signs my dad had exhibited, but no avail. In my opinion, if the patient's family is trying to reach the healthcare provider to explain the urgency of the situation, it is their responsibility to at least find out what's going on. I've worked with Dr. Mirkin for over 5 years. She is empathetic and passionate. She cares about me deeply and is responsive to my concerns. I love her!
