She was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. I have had a very strange infection from surgeries that was probably from too many antibiotics. I needed compassion. I’ve been very sick with rashes and pain all over my skin for over a year. I cried in her office because of open wounds I’ve had for several months and she went crazy over it and treated me awful. I’m a special needs patient and she discriminated against me. My caretakers tried to discuss this with her and she tried to lied and say they threatened her. She deserves to be reported to the medical board. She’s a terrible doctor. She wasn’t treating me properly either. I only saw her twice. I desperately needed a doctor. It was horrible and I felt dismissed. She was neglectful and disrespectful.

Terrible they never answered back its been over a month . I will definitely be looking for different doctor.

Never called multiple back on behalf of my sister since she doesn't speak English. I left 3-4 messages to receive some information regarding her condition, treatment and medications that she had provided her. Never received a call back. Very disappointed!

Dr. Maslow ONLY has 1 male employee who works for her and lacks professionalism. I literally tried to schedule a New patient referral for my over due consultation with an infectious disease specialist. And the guy took more than 2days to give me the appointment and it was via TEXT message. Like he "knew me or SOMETHING?" Ackward and weird. I felt like I was the one doing his job. Then he asked me to fax him my approved referral letter and I gave him my DOCTOR'S office number where he could do it himself. Did he? Who knows.Doubt it! She has no one in her office number or voicemail to leave her a urgent or personal message other than her male employee "Lorenzo" cell number were he takes his sweet time to figure out when he wants to give you an appointment by saying he will personally either text or call you NOT within the same day. Very unprofessional! You feel like you're trying to schedule an appointment with a jerk not an office staff member. Oh! And it would have been nice if you would let her "New patient's" that would be me! EVEN her old one's too to LITTERALLY write down their appointment date and time ASWELL as the location where they will be meeting with the doctor because you are the ONLY "office staff" THERE and like you told me the day AFTER I missed my appointment is that, "for Dr. Maslow does not call and give reminders to her patient's of where there appointment location with the doctor will actually be and date/time." Even that would be a little more professional for his unprofessionalism. Considering that elderly and people suffering from Candida albicans have memory loss and forgetfulness. Thank You! Oh and fyi: sorry my referral authorization notice to see this doctor does not specify extacly where I will be meeting the doctor in person or her correct phone number. I had a very rare infection and Dr. Maslow was able to identify it and find a cure in a timely manner. I spent 5 weeks in the hospital, but the end result is that unlike people previous to me with my infection, I am expected to fully recover with time. Thanks to her, I am now with my family and loved ones, and I will never forget what she's done for me. Apart from being a great doctor, she is also a very nice person and she always has a smile on her face. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
