Wanted to be tested for food allergies and they told me they don't test for them. Makes me mad I wasted a visit. Need to find a new allergist.

Dr. Libby Kelly is an amazing doctor. I am so impressed with her knowledge and her diligence in getting answers when others gave up. She is so kind and patient and really listens! Love her!

I didn't have to wait long to be admitted. Dr. Kelly and the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Kelly answered my questions and responded out loud to some of my comments about my guesses and past experiences with my lip issues. She took notes about the others. She let me know that the mint lip balm I'd been using to soothe the burning actually dried out the skin further.

Yes I did. I have been getting anti rejection shots for wasp and bee stings. This last two times for some reason had a reaction. I told the nurses there both times and they had me come back in the back and gave me other medication to be counter active to the shots. They took really good care of me and watched me to make sure that I was OK over the next half hour or so and then dismissed me saying if I had anymore reactions to give myself the anti venom shot and told me to call the clinic if I had any more things happen. I felt they were more than helpful and caring.

Dr Kelly and her staff are wonderful! I first went to this practice Jan 2020 and discovered my many, many allergies but there was little that I could do to treat them at the time because I then served mission for 18moa, during which my allergies were a constant problem!! Since returning home in Aug 2021, I have returned to her clinic and started allergy shots. They have helped greatly! I'm so thankful for Dr Kelly and her staff! They are very kind and attentive. They even helped me through anaphylactic shock (which was about as exciting as it sounds). I love the help and care that they provide. Highly, highly, recommend!! Dr. Kelly is probably my favorite doctor of all time (I'm 52). She listens, asks good questions, takes an interest in my overall health in addition to my allergy issues. She also has a great support staff. I was referred to her several years ago by a friend whose daughter she has treated for years, and they have had a similarly great experience. I'm sorry for what Brooke H experienced, but it bears no resemblance to my own experience. My experience is nearly exactly the opposite of everything that review describes. Best Allergy facility ever!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Staff is beyond amazing and friendly.. love coming each week and they always say hi then my name. It’s an awesome feeling!!

Shot nurse Allie is amazing! She does everything possible to make allergy shots as comfortable as possible.

She knows her stuff. The IHC staff is fast, friendly and efficient Dr. Kelly is my fourth allergy doctor- 1 retired, 1 moved, insurance change. She has been the most trusting and involved. Even if I’m forced to change health insurance, unless I move out of state, I’ll pay out of network just to stay with Dr. Kelly and the team of nurses and front of house staff. She knows her stuff. I love Dr. Kelly & her staff! I have found her to be passionate, supportive, kind, & knowledgeable. She includes me in my treatment & listens to the choices I make and the questions I have. I am on my 3rd set of allergy vials & it has made a drastic difference in my life. I am sleeping better & I know what I can & can't eat. I have greatly appreciated my treatment by Dr. Kelly & staff! Ultimately one of the worse doctor appointments ever. Accepted to see me when she was informed of my condition prior in-network which she was totally helpless in addressing. Could not even come up with a referral or a specialist profession name whom could help. Although my In-Network referral seemed to think she could help, it was a total bust. What kind of doctor tells you your condition will just go away? That's ludicrous! And even though i gave her lead-ins to how she could help me she was so clueless that she could not even insight that. But equally disturbing was the fact that she never even tried to help in any good aspect that a caring, concerning, curious doctor would want to do. Unqualified in so many aspects, its a shame she even holds an MD. And on top of it all, she had no regard for my time or money spent and did not even Offer to return my Co-pay. Dr Kelly is a phenomenal care provider and an impressive person overall. She has the intelligence and communications skills to understand and diagnose effectively. Her attention to detail makes her excellent in her specialty. Very personable as well. My allergy shots have been life changing. Thank you Dr Kelly!!

I have spent years with asthma that has been exacerbated by what I was told was rheumatoid arthritis (which is now looking like MS). I thought it might be a good idea to see if any other factors might be present (allergies) so I made an appointment with Dr. Kelly. I even changed my insurance during my open enrollment period because I had such a positive referral to her. I was not disappointed! She made sure I had all my questions answered and was extremely attentive and considerate. I will always make sure the insurance I choose covers her as a specialty provider. Dr Kelly was very knowledgeable. She cares about her patients. She did everything possible to diagnose my problem.

Dr. Libby Kelly is an amazing doctor! Very professional, attentive, caring, and genuinely passionate about what she does. My toddler has an allergy and we’ve been working with Dr. Kelly and her nurses (all of which are amazing too!). She calls to check in on how my daughter is doing after visits and always takes time to listen and talk through concerns and is very thorough on a plan of action. First time I saw her she was an amazing doctor, she actually took the time and listened and took care of a lot of my concerns that my own pcp wasn't doing! I finally got someone that showed they genuinely care, I highly highly recommend her for an allergist provider, it's too bad she doesn't do family medicine because I would be switching!!
