First visit they lost my catheter specimen and it had to be repeated. 2nd visit I waited in exam room for 2 hours for a 2 minute visit. They don’t value your time here

Waiting times are ridiculous!!!! The first visit was 4 hours! I spent over 3 hours in the waiting room for the next visit and I never did see the dr. Very poor scheduling maintenance.

Dr.Harrel is super friendly and very down to earth!!! She was very thorough in explaining my situation to me. She listens to what I have to say. Her staff is very nice and accommodating. I was referred to her from the VA and could not have asked for a better doctor.

My husband was in the hospital with a severe UTI & kidney infection. He has an abdominal catheter that was leaking badly & severe bladder spasms. Two other doctors tried to fix the problem, without success. When Dr Harrel was called in she had done a complete review of the history. She quickly & confidently set to work and solved the problem. She is warm & personable, too.

Dr Harrel performed a procedure on me with perfect accuracy. She was professional, knowledgeable, confident, but still personable. I would recommend her with complete confidence.
