My premature son needed a cardiologist during his nicu stay, and Dr. Oliviera was thorough, professional, compassionate, and thoughtful. Thankful she was with us during a difficult time.

First time calling and I was disappointed to the max with the customer service . I called to make an urgent appointment and the lady that answered was taking down my information half way. Then she just rudely disconnected the call so I called back and the office was already closed after all that time I was on the phone. End of it all I didn't get the appointment my daughter needs. If the person does not want to work then she could have just told to call back not rudely hang up. First time calling and I was disappointed to the max with the customer service . Mrs.Oliveira is absolutely the greatest choice for a pediatric Cardiologist anyone can make. She has made my son's situation almost non existence . With her intelligence and kindness towards her patients. she is a true blessing to anyone who chooses her as a Dr.
