Dr. Elizabeth M Costley

I have been with Dr. E. Costley since she worked for Dr. Heslin. I was sorry I had to leave the practice, but I moved to N.C. I do hope I can find someone as caring and concerned for their patients as Dr. Costley. I absolutely loved her.

Dr. Costley has been my Dr. for almost a decade. She is excellent. She is generous with time and explanations. She is kind. She listens. She knows her stuff and she is professional. She is what you want in a Dr.

She is compassionate. She explains. She does not rush. I like seeing her. I trust her. She’s a good Doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Costleys now for over 3 years and her staff has gone to caring to NON caring. My prescriptions are not called in on time, Total lack of patient doctor mummification on their part. She even said to me "The medical systm is broken" Yes It is... Because of stuff like this.

Terrible. Arrived 10 minutes before appt. Waited for 1 hour with no kindness from 6 member staff, for the dr who was not in the office. I finally left. I suffer from anxiety and the experience set me back for days. Office manager when I called tried to blame me. I had waited 6 months for a new patient appt. Don’t bother! Corporate medicine.

Dr. Costley gives individual time and attention to her patients that is so rare nowadays . She is an excellent diagnostician , asking questions that actually feel relevant - I have recommended her on multiple occasions - (she is also lovely person.!)

Absolutely not - there was no follow up neither from her or the office

I was new in the area 2 years ago and received a recommendation for Dr. Costley from a friend. I'm sorry to say that I had a very negative experience. Soon after my first check-up with her, I had, what seemed to be a lingering flu. After calling the doctor several times in a 2 or 3 week period with no response I saw my husband's PCP for treatment.

I've been a patient of Dr. Costley's for almost ten years. I love her. She actually sits and talks with you and you do not feel rushed. She is not one of these doctors' where they strive to get you in and out. I recommend her to everyone looking for a doctor who actually listens to you.

Dr. Costly and her staff are professional, respectful, knowledgeable, kind compassionate, patient health care providers. She always takes time to answer any questions, and find answers to any health issues I have.

Refusing to see patients during a crisis. You can't get a test without a prescription from your primary, but Costley and her office are refusing to see me. I can't breathe, I have all the symptoms, and they refuse to see me. To say their behavior is irresponsible for the health of their patients is an understatement.

Doesn’t take her time with patients and insincerely rushes through your appointment. Will say she discussed things with you, but doesn’t and still puts it on your chart.

Dr.Costley has been my doctor for over 6years. She always takes time to listen to me, and to explain everything. She's never quick to recommend med.s, but is willing to try other options first. I think she is a great doctor and hope to always be one of her patients.

Took my 93 yr. old father to see Dr. Costley. She is very thorough, and helped him when hospitals did not. Thank you Dr. Costley.
