Dr. Elizabeth Alice Cook

My 5yr old daughter had her first visit with Pediatric Dentistry of South Charlotte. From the moment we walked in to the time we left she felt comfortable and happy. We knew she needed some dental treatment, however we were just scheduled for a cleaning. They had time to do the treatment the same day. The office manager, Shelby clearing went over the treatment plan and finances, answered all of our questions! My daughter was getting a little nervous, but with the help of Dr. Vari and her amazing assistant, Kelly, I knew my daughter was in excellent hands. The scented laughing gas also was a plus!! Dr. Stephanie even stopped in her room to comfort her and tell her how brave she was being. It definitely showed that they treat every patient like they are their own children. I highly recommend this practice, all the doctors are amazing! Dr. Vari and Kelly went above and beyond to make this the best experience I could have asked for! Thank you all again!

Dr. Cook took such good care of my 10 year old who had a tooth injury and was very nervous about having it fixed!

Absolutely amazing! The staff was super attentive to my daughter. They talked her through the whole process with words she understood to make sure she understood what was happening. Will never go anywhere else.

We saw Dr. shah….she was great with my daughter. The staff is always so friendly and they’re all experienced and know how to handle the little ones from the dentists to the hygienists. They take the time to answer all of our questions. I am very happy with this office.

Did not inform me that they are out of network for my insurance. Hit me with a huge bill that I would not have had if they would’ve informed me that they were out of network. If I would’ve known that they were now out of network I would’ve taken my child elsewhere. Terrible business practice not to inform someone ahead of time that they are out of network and then hit them with a huge unexpected bill.

My 7 year old son had to get his two front teeth pulled (stubborn baby teeth) and Dr. Cook explained everything to him in a way he could understand, she was very encouraging and talked him through the whole process. She is great!

We have seen Dr. Beth over the past several years, and she has consistently been great. Very thorough and personable.

We love Dr. Cook. She is always amazing with the kids and does a great job. I would highly recommend her.

Excellent Practice! They are patient and thorough. They did a wonderful job making my very fearful 5 year old at ease. The doctor takes the time to go over everything with you and what to expect going forward. I would highly recommend this doctor and practice.
