I wanted to find a closer dermatology clinic that was more convenient. Dr. Clemons was recommended by a family member. Nice location, friendly staff and Dr. Clemons was knowledgeable and friendly as well.

She is the best! Knowledgeable las well as personable. She truly cares!

Doctor Clemens always meets our needs, we never have to wait very long before we see her and she’s very knowledgeable with questions we ask her about ourselves, always answers that we have nothing to worry about, unless she sees something she’s concerned with.

Addressed skin cancer concern. Froze area of concern on nose ATAnd did yearly examine for any other pre cancer areas.

I was a nurse for 30 years so I've been around a lot of doctors in my life. She possess the 3 p's: She was professional, proficient and personable. She has great bedside manner and is a good communicator. She likes dogs and old people. If you are dog person, you know what I mean.

Dr. Clemons saw me for a first visit examination this week. She presents as friendly, caring, and knowledgeable in her field. I look forward to our next appointment, and I am hopeful for a good outcome from treatment.

Dr. Clemons is simply the best. Warm, personable and so, so smart. Twice now she has figured out diagnoses that several other doctors couldn’t. Probably because she really listens to history and symptoms.

As normal the visit was first class. I had a another doctor's appointment that day and arrived at Dr. Clemons office quite early. They were able to work me in before my appointment time.

Dr. Clemons is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the condition and treatment.

Came for melanoma Monday and was quickly called back When I said I would stay to have a precancerous spot taken off while there, I was quickly attended to. Dr. Clemons is always knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr. Clemons fixed me up for the second time! She has a great bedside manner and listens to you. Her nurse was just as friendly.

Terrible followup service. Worst ever staff

This is in regards to Dr Elizabeth Clemons Worst service regarding after care in all of bossier city. I had a growth removed from next and biopsy back in February and had treatment for Squamous on leg and have called 5 times since and cannot get results. Each time I call the staff says she is reviewing your chart and will call back. Now it’s April and no call. Called again yesterday April 13th and staff said your right we forgot. I am typing a detailed note to the doctor now and will give to office manager and have her call you. Again no call. My oncologist also called and no return call. She absolutely does not care. Next step is to notify Aetna Medicare to inform them they are paying for services the patient is not getting. Then notify AMA and Willis Knightin. I have searched for another dermatologist and the next office I found in Shreveport her father works there. So that’s out. I can only assume the reason I am b big ignored is because I am not one of those Botox cash paying customers. This was my first visit to Ark La Tex Dermatology. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Clemons was friendly, clear in her explanation of her diagnosis and very clear in her instructions. She was patient and not rushed with her visit. However, I arrived at 7:30 am because I was a new patient. I finished my paperwork in approximately 15 minutes. I was taken back to examining room about 8:05 am. My appointment was for 8:00 am, so no problem there. But it was approximately 8:25 am before Dr. Clemons came into the room. I had waited so long, I thought perhaps they had forgotten I was waiting in the examining room. I was getting up to go check. Doctor Clemons was kind, receptive and attentive. The nurse who checked me in was very friendly, but still professional. The doc provided me with the help I needed. I will be returning.

Dr. Clemons is always very attentive and has great bedside manner. She always tries to get to the root of the problem for the best possible course of treatment. I like her a lot. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

Low wait time! Got to see Dr quickly! Solved issues!!

Yesterday I had my first appointment with Dr. Clemons. She was so nice and thorough! I would recommend her! I will be going back to her again. I had a great experience!

She is the best!! She cared about getting me the results I wanted and was very personable.

Dr Clemons was great The building on the other hand was a disgrace. The only working elevator was out of service. A frequent event I was told by others in the waiting room. Why has the other elevator in the building not been fixed since it has been out of service for a lengthy period? This building houses elderly patients who cannot move quickly or safely up and down 4 flights of stairs. How can this be acceptable? Please repair your elevator. You are crippling your staff that is very good at what they do.

I was seen in a timely manner, my condition was explained understandably and my questions answered and my treatment was conservative.

I’ve been in a multitude of doctors’ offices and hospitals throughout my life, but I cannot recall a more pleasurable experience and superb level of care than at Ark-La-Tex Dermatology. From my initial greeting from the office staff to the treatment by Dr. Clemons, I was treated as though - despite it being my first visit - I had been a lifelong, favorite patient. Perhaps they treat everyone like this. I hope so. I will highly recommend this group to friends and associates. Many thanks to Dr. Clemons and all at the office!

Very comfortable

Nurses do not update anything for me/my prescription without me calling them; my appointments get rescheduled by no fault of my own and they don’t allow me to see another doctor resulting in me not getting my prescription; I have been without my medicine for a month and due to the office rescheduling my appointments; I have to start treatment for acne medicine completely over and go two months without it due to their neglect; no care for time sensitive situations/prescriptions; will not problem solve, simply inconvenience me; will not inform me of any issues, they only do their part if I call them continuously asking them to do what is required of them for my medicine. I do not recommend this office unless you want to call and beg them to do their job every time you want your medicine. I have wasted so much time going to this dermatologist, as well as calling and complaining due to their lack of care for me as a patient.

I have been going to dr Clemons for at least 4 years and she takes care of any problem I have and with care and compassion! Totally recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist !

I came in as a new patient for a follow-up exam after multiple skin cancers. Dr. Clemons was thorough, personable, efficient, answered all questions, and provided me with a level of understanding and perspective I’ve never had before. And my wait time was minimal, with friendly and efficient staff steering me through the check-in process seamlessly. It doesn’t get any better than this.
