I came away with what I thought was likely appropriate treatment. However I feel like she was just checking a box and didn't really listen to what my specific issues were. I definitely did not feel like she cared about me as an individual although I am sure she is a very competent physician. Also, the note in the chart was inaccurate as she documented a physical exam she did NOT perform.

I have chronic constipation and this is the only doctor that ever gave me medication for my condition. I was very pleased.

The receptionist/staff, the coordinating nurse and Dr. Broussard were very kind and courteous. They listened to my concerns and questions and treated me with respect. Very happy with my experience.

None with the provider. She was great.

While it took over two months to see Dr. Broussard for an initial visit, the overall experience with her was excellent. And to my surprise, she was able to do my colonoscopy the next day. Her genuine care and experience is compelling and absolutely worth the wait to see her!

I had a great experience with Dr. Broussard. She took me seriously and wasn't afraid to spend extra time discussing my concerns. She was aggressive in her search for a diagnosis, which ended up being a fairly serious chronic condition that was missed by two previous doctors.

Dr. Broussard is condescending, not friendly, she is willing to explain the symptoms and functions, but all the information I already known from wikipedia or other public online resource. The assistants are also not friendly and not familiar with the operation. Though her judgement and statement may not be wrong, I will not recommend Dr. Broussard to my friend or family, neither a second visit.

Dr. Broussard is amazing. She always takes her time and discusses all details with you. I have been struggling with GI issues for years and she is the 4th Dr. I have seen and the first and only to successfully diagnose and treat my condition (which is chronic but seems to be in remission) Her staff are great also and they always get back to me within a day on MyChart. Would highly recommend
