EL PEOR DOCTOR. He trabajado en la industria de la salud durante 10 años y nunca había visto servicios tan terribles como los que brinda esta oficina y este proveedor. I have been a patient of Dr Becerra for years and not once have I left her clinic feeling unheard. She is truly the definition of a compassionate, caring, and extremely knowledgeable Primary Doctor. I can’t express enough how happy and satisfied I am with her and her staff.

Dr. Becerra is a diligent, caring professional who bucks the trend of doctors managing their patient work flow for the clock. Rather, from my perspective she focuses on results above all. A consultative approach, comfortable bedside manner and well-organized, efficient office are obvious to this regular patient.

Dr Becerra is a very caring Dr. takes her time and listens to every concern you may have. Takes initiatives that are suitable for you (in my experience). Follows up, in a timely manner, her office is spotless and personal is very attentive. I don’t mind traveling the extra time to see her, it is worth it. Si pudiera dar cero estrellas lo haría. No vengan nunca a este lugar. Mis razones: 1. No hablan bien español y yo no tengo porqué hablar en otro idioma si este SERVICIO que pagamos se ofrece como bilingüe. 2. No tienen registro de las visitas e insistieron en “la última vez que fui...” cuando nunca había ido 3. La médico, no se presentó 4. No leyó los estudios que ella misma me mandó hacer, por lo que fue una visita en vano y quiero una devolución de mi dinero. 5. Interpretó mal mis estudios e incluso me mal diagnosticó con piedras que no tengo, lo dice claro el estudio. Tuve que cerciorarme y corregirla a lo que respondió muy mal, pero ¿qué hay de alguien que no sepa leer, por ejemplo? 6. No vio las medicinas que me estuve tomando como si una receta de alguien más fuese menos importante que el de ellas. 7. La Doctora Becerra es muy profesional, toma el tiempo para aclarar las dudas de sus pacientes, lo cual hace sentirse en confianza. Lo mas importante es que es Bilingüe lo cual asiste a sus pacientes en su propio idioma, esto es esencial para poder entender las necesidades de cada uno de nosotros. El consultorio es muy acogedor por su familiar decoración y limpieza.

Asi.... No professional ethic. My mother went in for an appointment that she had schedule weeks ago. She walks into the clinic to check in and they ask her if she’s had any Covid-19 symptoms. (They should have asked her the day before by phone or that same day by phone before making her go in.) She responded no to all of them except for one. Dr. Becerra heard and she immediately without hesitation kicked my mother out the clinic and accused her of having covid-19. My mother left scared and very nervous and she suffers from hypertension. I completely understand the situation that WE are all dealing with, but to be disrespectful and just kick someone out that is not acceptable. As a doctor, you should be ready for ANY situation and keep in mind that the flu and a cold still exist and automatically does not make it Covid-19. Your staff should ask the patients prior to them walking into the clinic for the Covid-19 symptoms or any questions associated to this. Get a system that will prevent others from experiencing what my mother experienced.

Got recommended and went in for a check up... in less than 24 hours with the medication she prescribed me I was feeling great. No more pain or eye swelling. Her staff is very friendly. Environment is comfortable. Booked me even though their agenda was busy. The wait was worth it. Thank you! Like they say third try is the charm! I have been under care with multiple internists. I switched to Dr Becerra because she was more convenient and close by my home . I never regret it.
