Dr. Avaricio has been my son’s doctor for a lil over a year now and she’s great! My son has adhd and is on the autism spectrum so finding a good head doctor isn’t always easy. The staff are all kid friendly and do a great job! Definitely recommend this office ????????

Dr Avaricio is professional, informative, friendly, really great and well experienced. I have no issues with the staff nor the doctor. I am very happy here. However, I do have recommendations for improvement of service. I understand Dr Avaricio has alot of clients and her office is always busy busy like a bee. As a result, at time it seem impossible to get a same day appointment when your kid is sick to see the doctor. I’ve been taking my newborn here since April. The nurses and Dr. Avaricio are amazing and kind. I’ve had two instance where I had to call bc of an emergency and both times either she spoke to me on the phone right then or they got me in for an emergency appt with another doctor who was equally as kind. They listen to questions and genuinely care for patients. The only bad experience I’ve had so far was with the manager of the billing department. She was beyond rude and unpleasant. Wouldn’t let me complete a sentence kept interrupting me and giving incomplete answers. And when I asked anything cut me off. I asked if there was anyone else that I could speak to and remained calm and kind but by the end of the call I was so aggravated I just hung up. I’m just hoping since it was the end of the day and maybe she was having a bad day that might’ve been why she was so rude. My husband took our kids here yesterday and they were going to bounce our kids from room to room DURING COVID. They don't have blood pressure machines in every room (which a lot of doctors do these days). So when he called me I had an anxiety attack just thinking of the possibilities of them contracting the virus. So after half an hour he took our kids out of there and came home. Dr. Avaricio is a great pediatrician but the office experience is a whole different story. They seem to overbook appointments which make for a very long wait time (1 hr or more). Even though I always ask for the 1st appointment of the day, I am still waiting atleast an hour. If you have small kids that will get fussy and little patience for the wait, then this isn’t the place for you.
