Doctor was always late. Didn't listen to patients problems. Rude staff.

Only seen this Dr. one time. Don't know why she, quite quickly retired. The new Dr. that took her place, have not seen that Dr. yet, but will NOT...this new Dr. offices young receptionist is the most rudest, pushiest, will cut you off before you can ask/say one thing...!!! She should not be working in a Drs. office. MORE DRS. should pay attention to what takes place/happens at their front desk...!!!!!

Dr is thorough. Treats me with respect and is always empathetic to my situations. I absolutely love this Dr and her staff.

Excellent doctor. She Listens, Down to earth, patient and respectful of people. She takes good care of me and she real cares. Hard to fine that these days. She will tell you the true, (no messing around) -- But ofcouse it is your health. Great doctor.

Dr. Lernhardt can be direct and some people may shy away from that but I find her extremely competent and welcoming. I believe that her knowledge is extensive and she has not been wrong with her suspicions about my symptoms. She has no problem referring me to specialists when necessary. I greatly respect Dr. Lernhardt and appreciate her directness because she really does care. I also enjoy her staff. Dr Lernhardt is attentive and always meets my medical needs. Dr Lernhardt listens and treats concerns appropriately. I recommend Dr Lernhardt as a primary care provider.

Dr. Lnehardt is an excellent doctor.

I took an 81 year old friend to see her who had fallen and had very severe back pain. She sent him in for X-rays and put him on pain killers. They didn't help him much and he kept telling her he needed to know WHY his pain was so bad. She was more worried about him having dementia that his pain. After 2 weeks his son took him to an ER in Sacramento. They did an MRI and he had a stress fracture. He had a simple back surgery and is doing much better.

She is often distracted during appointments and discussing politics or other topics, so she is not focused on patient care.

It was so bad. I tried to tell her that I felt there was something wrong with me. She just shamed me and made me feel horrible about myself. I've never had a doctor make me feel so depressed.
