I've been able to better understand my issues and get the help both medically and mentally.

I was very moody when I went in had some outbursts but Dr Sanchez still listened to me and prescribed what I needed and rescheduled me instead of being offended the way I acted she's a great doctor I'm feeling much better

This dr just wants to prescribe medication and wants to make a diagnosis about things that happened when you were twenty but not from when you are a child. Save your insurance money, find a dr that listens and actually want to help you!

DERSERVES NO STAR!!! SHE IS SOOO NEGLECTFUL TO HER PATIENTS. I HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO HER IN ATLEAST OVER 6 MONTHS SHES JUST BEEN REFILLING MY CHILDRENS MEDICATION AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A APT THEY GAVE ME ONE FOR LAST THURSDAY AT 430PM BECAUSE MY CHILDREN NEED A PRESCRIPTION CHANGE. WELL COME THURSDAY I RECEIVED NO CALL AND SPOKE TO THE NURSES AND TOLD ME ID HAVE TO WAIT TILL MONDAY BECAUSE THE NUMBER THEY HAD WAS WRONG I SAID OKAY HERES MY NUMBER I GAVE THEM THE CORRECT NUMBER WHICH BEFORE SHE MISSED THE TIME SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL ME AND THEY SAID SHE WAS BACKED UP OKAY FINE AND THEN I JUST NEVER GOT A CALL WHICH THEY ALREADY HAD BECAUSE I MADE SURE TO CHANGE IT AND MADE SURE THEY HAD IT ON FILE THE DAY OF THE SCHEDULING FOR THE APT SO COME MONDAY THEY STILL DIDNT CALL ME AGAIN THEY SAID SHE WAS BACKED UP AND THEN BY THE TIME I CALLED BACK THEY WERE CLOSED BECAUSE SHE STILL HADNT CALLED. COME TUESDAY !! I CALLED HEY SHE DIDNT CALL MY CHILDREN REALLY NEED THEIR MEDICATION.. THEY TOLD ME WELL THEY CALLED AND IT WAS NO ANSWER OKAY WHAT NUMBER DO YOU HAVE I JUST UPDATED AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME WITH YALL ...GAVE ME A NUMBER THAT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO MY NUMBER (NURSE WROTE IT DOWN) COMPLETELY OFF AND THEN THEY SCHEDULED ME FOR WEDNESDAY TODAY !!!! 415 AND 430 ... I CALLED 417 BECAUSE BY THIS TIME IM TIRED IM WORRIED MY CHILDREN NEED THEIR MEDICATION I TOLD THE NURSE HEY SHE STILL CALLING RIGHT VERIFY THE NUMBER FOR ME PLEASE ...IT WAS VERIFIED (NURSE: SHES JUST BACKED UP SHE HAS A JUVENILE RIGHT NOW) ME: OKAY JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE SHES GOING TO CALL...NURSE: YES SHE WILL SHES JUST BACKED UP BUT IF ANYTHING SHE DOESNT CALL JUST LET ME KNOW ILL BE HERE TILL 6 PM TODAY JUST CALL ME BACK ...WELL I CALLED HER AT 517PM BECAUSE STILL NO CALL AND GUESSS WHAT YOU GUYSSSSS !!! I GOT SENT TO VOICEMAIL SAYING HER OFFICE IS NOW CLOSED...THIS DOCTOR AND HER NURSES ARE BY FAR THE WORST... SHE STARTED OFF GOOD AND ALL AND IT TOOK MAYBE THE MOST 3 APT AFTER THAT I HAVNT HEARD FROM HER I BELIEVE MY KIDS HAVE BEEN GETTING MEDICATION FROM HER SINCE JULY OR AUGUST SPOKE TO HER MAYBE LIKE 2-3 TIMES TO GET THE MEDICATION THEY NEED AND AFTER THAT I HAVNT BEEN ABLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH HER ITS ONLY BEEN REFILLS THAT I PICK UP AND THEN I CALLED AND I TOLD THEM THE MEDICATION IS NOT HAVING A GOOD AFFECT ON THEM AND I NEED A CHANGE AND WE ARE HERE AT THIS POINT MY CHILDREN HAVE BEEN WITHOUT MEDICATION WHICH THEY NEED TO HELP THEM FOCUS IN SCHOOL ...SHE IS NEGLECTFUL I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE ..SHE SHOULD STOP ACCEPTING PATIENTS IF SHE HAS TOO MUCH ON HER PLATE BY FAR THE WORST NURSES AND DR I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER...IF YOUR CHILDREN RELY ON THEIR MEDICATION THEN DO NOT GO TO HER YOULL JUST BE A SITTING DUCK !!! Honestly she is a good psychiatrist she may be pretty straight foward but she helped me realize things about myself that i didn't notice before,i have been seeing her since i was in 6 th grade and I'm now 20 years old. Plus shes very understanding and friendly.

I am thankful for this Dr. till now I have not had any problems. She makes my daughter comfortable to the point she actually has small s conversations with the Dr. something she doesn’t do with other doctors. When it comes to me the same thing. I like the treatment of the nurses they call us by our name they recognize us from the moment they see us walk in: and now with this epidemic they doing the best they can. I'm sorry to say even a one star rating is too much for this doctor. Dr. Elisa Sanchez is an incompetent and a neglectful psychiatrist and her office staff is the most unprofessional one that I have encountered. To share an experience with you, Dr. Elisa Sanchez sold my parent one of her books that she had published. Sold. Her. Her. BOOK. She also failed to recognize that our loved one had relapsed in her mental condition regardless of the full blown signs she had been exhibiting. We personally had to admit her to a mental health facility ourselves since she was in full blown crisis. And now in the time of COVID19, her office is closed but their message states should you need to place an order for prescription refill to call back during regular office hours. Good luck having them call you back to attain your loved ones medication. You will continually receive the same recorded message. My parent is now out of her much needed medication and they have yet to return my calls, the pharmacy calls, and the on calls placed by THEIR oncall service as well. We are now very concerned for mental well being and the danger of relapse without her medication. Please do not place your loved ones mental health in her care. She doesn’t listen, she talks over you, says rude and presumptive things. Go anywhere else. I found out she put me on meds that are not supposed to be used on people with bipolar disorder.

Her office: They give everyone the same time appointment. The waiting and time is outrages. Waiting area overwhelmed with patients. Asked them that my appointment was at a certain time. Staff member commented to the Doctor, Doctor said she's just have to wait. I understand that but when they tell you come at such time so you be the first to be seen and your in the waiting area for hours with a seven year old (patient) very frustrating. I decided that she and her staff were lacking professionalism. Took my child elsewhere and we're happy with the doctor and actually shows they care for the children needs. I am very happy with this psychiatrist I have seen several in the valley and she is amazing. She is very Frank and I like that it's hard to hear the truth but I like that about her. The staff is super nice and make you feel like family. Like all specialist sometimes there is wait but totally worth it , they let go and run errands if there is a wait which is nice, some places tell you that if you leave you loose your spot. I feel like a lot of of the previous reviews are not accurate. And maybe to some people don't know the value this Doctor has because she is humble but don't pass her by because of reviews not based on her. Very ugly towards children instead of helping them she damages them more she let's her personal feelings towards a child situation get in the way of her professional obligation DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE

I CANNOT believe how unprofessional and rude this doctors clinic treated me! Absolute WORST ever!! Especially after I drove an hour to get there on time to my appointment as a new patient just to wait for over 2 hours to be seen! She blatantly refused to listen to anything I had to say and when I did talk, she talked over me! She insulted me, belittled me, and harrassed me all within 10 minutes. I definitely will be reporting her to a medical board. Don't waste your time coming here!

Makes assumptions on 1st visit and is not discrete about it. Not professional. You genuinely seek her help and you walk out thinking WOW that was a psychiatrist. She is into her self. I was so disappointed.

I am satisfied with her. She has given me the right medication. I have no complaints. I feel fine and that's all that matters.

Dr Sanchez was very helpful with my condition and gave me the medications I needed to get better. I would recommend her to my friends and co-workers.

My experience was great! She made me realize things about myself and the people surrounding me. You people need to just learn how to accept the truth. I mean they do say that the truth hurts. She is there to help you not to put you down. That's why she has her degree. She's been to school longer then any Psychiatrist in the valley since she went to school in mexico and in the U.S. Keep your negative comments to yourself please and thank you. Very intellegent and caring doctor. She actually took the time to listen and evaluate me versus just write a script to shut me up or send me out the door. She doesnt judge, or make you feel ashamed of your problems. It was my first visit to a psychiatrist, and I am happy to say it was a productive, good visit. Staff was cool, had no issues getting my script transferred to another pharmacy.

Wait time is over 2 hrs. Phone is always busy or never answered, office is dirty and smells, Dr doesn't seem to care about patient, has a defensive attitude...my child hates coming here...low quality care, Staff is mediocre

First Psychiatrist I've ever been to that actually took time to talk to you and evaluate you. Not just write a script and get you out of there in 10 minutes.

My daughter Ginger went to see you and her visit was terrible. I am a CPA, and I don't know what school you went to but you are not qualified. To make a prospective client feel "Awful" is terrible, she had high expectations. Do you know what your doing? Are you a Real MD?
