This ‘doctor’ is very rude, condescending, arrogant, ill-tempered and unsympathetic. He doesn’t care for his patients and has the worst bed side manners I’ve ever experienced with any doctor I’ve seen before. Also his expertise in his field is very limited, there are much better urologists out there, do yourself a favor and avoid this clown at all costs.

Very professional staff. Everyone makes you feel at ease from the moment you sign in until you sign out! Dr. K listens to you and answers all your questions.

Dr Kurzer is an amazing doctor who made us feel so comfortable. We did not have to wait long for our appointments, the staff is friendly and Dr. Kurzer is simply great.

I always have a great experience visiting Dr Kurzer office. The staff is friendly and correctly says my name (Xavier not X-Xavier). They are always smiling. There is no waiting on your appointment. You are in and out in a “jiffy”. Dr Kurzer is very pleasant and not rushing. He has a conversation with you to make you feel comfortable. I found him to possess excellent bedside manners. He displayed a high level of professionalism and care. He was patient and took the time to explain all issues of my visit. Dr. Kurzer could not be bothered to help my dad. After advising my dad to undergo a CT scan, he said there was insufficient information to make a diagnosis. My dad was then asked to drive to the hospital to pick up a CD containing additional CT scan information. I've never heard of a front office that asks the patient to collect his own data and reports. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

After over 5 years of being his patient he did a procedure in the office that was invasive and did not give me antibiotics I ended up very sick in miramar hospital with high fever and an E. coli infection he didn’t even call to see what happened and or pass by to see how I was doing. No compassion with the office staff. Can't talk to anyone live. Always have to leave a message. I left 4 messages, no one from the office called me back. They finally called me back 4 days later to confirm my appointment and when i told the receptionist that i left 4 messages she said they were busy. On the recording the message days someone will call you back by the end of the day, which is not true. I have had chronic IC for over 10 years, and it comes and goes. It is very similar to a UTI. Sometimes it’s hard to tell the difference. This office gave me an appt. With Dr. Kurzer, because Dr. Simon was not available yesterday. What a horrific experience with this man. An extremely condisending, arrogant, incapable of listening to anyone but himself, doctor. I suppose in his narrow world, this would be a compliment. I am almost 50, and the majority of the patients in there are elderly. I cannot imagine how he talks to them. If I could give no stars I would. My 74 year old mother goes to this physician for bladder and back pain. Rather than do tests to determine what the problem is, he throws some new drug at her and tells her to try this, let's see if it works, Fast forward to my mom going to the ER for severe back pain. Now the problem has gotten three times worse and is affecting her kidney function. She is admitted to the hospital but still he does nothing. Don't let his demeanor fool you. He's an incredible doctor! After 4 surgeries he was the only Doctor to correctly diagnose my problem. I trust him with my life!

I had chronic kidney stones for a good part of my adult life. When I first met Dr. Kurzer it was in the ER. It was here he explained to me that he would need to performed a type of laser surgery to remove a large kidney stone. A stone that I would not be able to pass on my own. After a successful surgery he put me on a treatment plan designed to prevent me from having any more stones. Over the years I had seen many urologist and no other urologist in the past had given me any treatment options to help me battle this condition. I really owe a great deal of gratitude to this Dr. Kurzer. I have been stone free for more than 10 years now and I credit Dr. Kurzer for saving me from a great amount of suffering. The staff was decent, no issues there. Dr. Kurzer comes in, introduces himself and sits down and asks, "So, what's the issue?" I'm looking at him with a strange look...I just finished telling your physician assistants the details of my issue and you come in asking me what the issue is? I had to ask what the results were of my test results, he didn't bother to disclose those with me. Typical doctor patience care was completely lacking. He didn't look at my chart. If he did, he could have cared less. His demeanor was cold, uncaring, and honestly didn't want to be there. Very honest doctor and he tells it like it is. He don't sugar code and I love that about him. With all that I've been through, he made me feel very comfortable during my recovery. I'm so happy that he is my urologist. I would recommend him to any one.

New to Dr. office and w/out Dr. even meeting me,had me do a urine sample & test to see if bladder emptying correctly. Then, would not give me result of CT test over phone & instead had me come to office 2 days later, collected a 2nd copay, another urine sample and then did another expensive test on me without explaining the financial costs to me. So all negative test results for me and huge medical bill. Seemed like more concern about bilking me for tests/copay instead of my health.Won't return!
