I would give no stars if possible. It has always been my experience that the doctor would communicate with the family of a hospitalized patient, but he did not. The patient was nearly non-verbal.

Very friendly doctors and staff .

Left his care after many years of satisfactory care . My main problem was he was doing bloodwork then stopped during the pandemic . Forcing me to go to other places and expose myself to a greater risk of infection at the height of this pandemic . I work 6 days a week & take care of my elderly wife . The feeling I got was my time & health risk was not important to this practice . Dr. Francis himself is a caring & competent physician stuck in an uncaring group . I also could not get bloodwork done when they were doing bloodwork there because a physician in the Highmark network ordered it & not him . They would've gotten the results & used them in my care but refused to do the work themselves .

Left his care because they didn't continue to do bloodwork in the Cheswick office during the pandemic . Making me go elsewhere & exposing myself to more medical professionals & a greater risk of infection . Seems my time & health are not a priority to this practice . Dr. Francis himself is a caring & competent Dr.

I was pleasantly surprised. I usually do not feel very comfortable when seeing a different doctor than my own. My circumstances required it. He was very pleasant and helpful. He asked a lot of questions and took the time to explain things to me. Very good!

Elie is a great experience if you appreciate small town sensible care. If you have anything major he is that just that doctor! Support and concentrating on a successful recovery. Jamie in the office is SIMPLY THE BEST.

Very poor experience. Doctor did not introduce himself. Was rushed upon entering room. Staff was ignorant and also rushed. Unable to receive a well checkup due to the doctor did not want to take the time to do an assessment. Nursing staff interrupted appointment. Able to hear other patients names and medications that are needed refilled while sitting in waiting area. Staff spoke poorly about patients openly. Office manager lacking knowledge in daily operations.
