Elena Volozhanina

I have been a patient of Dr. Volzhanina since 2020. I find her to be very responsive and, most importantly, she is attentive and thoughtful about solving the puzzles required to link symptoms to causes. I highly recommend her.

I came to Dr. Volozhanina with alot of issues. She was very honest with me and made me realize I needed to make some changes in my diet. God it was hard, I don't think I've ever had such a hard time not eating so much junk. Thanks to Dr. V I can finally walk more then 100 ft without having to sit down. I still have a long journey ahead but I couldn't do it without her help, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

The worst doctor I have ever seen as a patient. She is abrasive, deceptive and demands money paid in advance before seeing her professionally. I would give her zero stars if there was an option to do so. Look somewhere else!

Doctor Volozhanina was very organized and spent much longer discussing my health then my last PCP. I am happy with her and the Waverley primary care office.

Dr. Volozhanina is a truly great doctor and supper nice person. She is highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable,and very helpful. She is always patient, kind and thoughtful. She listens, does judge and always tries to find a solution to whatever the problem or issues might be. She responds to my email through Mychart quickly. She is the best doctor that I have ever met. If you are lucky enough to have her as your primary care doctor, you are very fortunate.

Dr. Volozhanina is helpful with only basic conditions like a cold or flu. You are better off seeing someone else for anything more than that even if it is a common condition like allergy. After a while, she will refuse to refill your prescriptions, answer e-mails through the MyChart app, or even read them. Instead, after having to call several times, she will ask you to come see her just so they can bill you and your insurance for something. She also seems stressed out and kind of pissy through no fault of your own. If healthcare is business first and foremost for you, then at least learn to treat your patients like customers.

What I like most of Dr. Volozhanina is that she listens to her patients carefully and is never in a hurry.

I started seeing Dr. Volozhanina a year ago. I have been able to schedule appointments easily and have found Dr. V. professional, respectful and helpful. She has researched topics I have inquired about and sent me information, and has always been responsive to my concerns. I would recommend her highly.

Dr. Volozhanina is terrible at dealing with overweight patients. I was subjected to a 45 minuted, patronizing lecture on basic nutrition, despite my showing off extensive knowledge of nutrition, and making extremely clear that I was comfortable with my current diet and was not open to the discussion.
