Although I was very sceptical at the begining of the treatment, after couple months I realised how much Dr. Elena helped me. She is not a typical psychologist who is giving a lot of heavy terminology eplanations and ''teaches'' you about your issues. She walks you through the journey of healing and teach you how to feel and heal. She has many PRACTICAL methodes that are helping and has given me a time to heal at my own pace, without judging and pushing me, which is extremely important in healing process. I felt accepted and I felt like I am visiting a doctor who is healing me instead of seeing teacher who is giving me lessons. Thanks Elena!
