Irresponsible, overpriced doctor. Every time I’ve had an appointment with her, she didn’t show up. I had to see assistant instead. Wouldn’t recommend to go there.

Overpriced, unprofessional. Every time I schedule an appointment, dr Chebanova has never been there. I was sent to assistant. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I highly recommend this office. Short wait time, excellent customer service and care. Ariane is the best. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Normally, I never leave bad reviews, but this is necessary. I had gone to see Nurse Ariane for the last few years. I thought we had a decent relationship. I called her this morning 2/15/21 to request an increase in my dosage for my anxiety medication (that she prescribed me just fine for the last year) and she told me I had to make a new appointment for that. But just last month at my annual appointment, she clearly stated that once my blood results came back normal, she would increase my dosage (never mentioned a new appointment). She said she was with a patient and hung up on me. This office does not offer voicemail so patients cannot leave messages. Ariane called me this afternoon and said that she was referring me to a psychiatrist. What in the world? I was kind and patient but left very confused. I asked why and she said "anxiety." No explanation other than that. Then, she hung up on me before I could get a word in. Definitely finding a new doctor after this horrible experience.

Dr. Chabanova is great. Professional, courteous and thorough. Literally saved my life with knowledgeable examination that disclosed life-threatening problems. Love this doctor and her staff.

Dr. Elena is one of the most companions Doctors I've ever met. I would love to see her get an award for Doctor of the year.????????

Whole staff is helpful and kind. I have had to call in a few times and I always get my questions answered quickly and competently. They go above and beyond to help and ensure that I have full awareness of what they are doing/what I need to do.

Dr. Elena Shagisultanova is beyond words a true miracle. She is competent, caring, and able to explain complex topics into plain English during one of the most stressful times – breast cancer. Her capabilities to be holistic and inclusive with her team from breast surgeon to nurse practitioner is rare. If in need of breast cancer treatment, or a second opinion, go to Dr. Shagisultanova. She has the capabilities to let the patient know they are safe hands.
