+ positive- Cheerful, good for a weekly pick-me-up, and chats about any topics. - negative- ...other than problems with no concrete solutions. I would pour my heart out to little response or advice, and let go at the end to wallow. Previous T’s offered solutions / different ways of looking at situation, which helped. +positive - open to traveling on grounds in nice weather for sessions. +positive- open to feedback & crits -negative- falls back into former habits easily -negative- late to each session, without explanation +(excluding any advance warnings of needing to gather lunch or use restroom, understandably, then is timely) -negative- lack of technical approach left me worse off than when we started. Not lack of skill, but not using enough of it. +positive- Extremely approachable, open, caring, LGBTQ ?????? ?????? friendly & affirming. -negative-(MAY have doubts abt Ace/Aro community existing.) Conclusion: A wonderful therapist, but not my ideal. Eleanor is good.
