Dr. Elbert Edwin Hines III

One of the nicest guys and best physicians out there. These reviews don't do this doctor justice. He is a good person and a caring physician.

Poor service! No professionalism from staff at all! We have waited over a month for a death certificate to be signed by a despicable person who calls himself a doctor

Dr. Hines is the Dr. that Crossroads Hospice uses. After the death of my mother, we have been waiting for Dr. Hines to complete her death certificate for the past 6 weeks. He has filled out the death certificate incorrectly twice and his office will not return calls from the funeral home or myself. His lack of concern is astounding. Crossroads is a great organization but they need to associate themselves with a more professional doctor. Dr. Hines is the Dr. that Crossroads Hospice uses.
