If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an incredibly uncomfortable appointment with Dr. Landry. I have never experienced anything like the "care" I received. She tried to talk me out of the pap multiple times even though I requested one. Also ladies, this is for you, I was uncomfortable early on with how she was speaking to me. I should have headed for the door then but again I asked for the pap. I was tense and she was not being patient or gentle in any way. I told her I was trying to relax and she proceeded without taking her time or being sensitive. As a woman, I was appalled at her treatment of me. It seemed as though she was trying to rush and when my body wasn't cooperating fast enough, she gave up, said she would just check manually and we'd do the pap next year... WHAT???? How as a female doctor do you seem to have zero understanding or bedside manor. She then piled the sheets on top of me and left. She didn't even clean off the lubricant. It was awkward and awful.

I stopped into her office to make an appt after getting a required referral from my PCP and not hearing anything from them. I was informed that my referral had been "rejected" because they had not received any imaging from my PCP. What? SHE is the Ob/Gyn and the expert on ladyparts and would know best WHAT imaging to order. At least some communication would have been nice with him or with me saying they wanted me to have such and such imaging before being seen. So now I am starting all over again with getting a new referral, I guess. Hopefully, there isn't anything seriously wrong with me that I'm losing valuable time with treating. I stopped into her office to make an appt after getting a required referral from my PCP and not hearing anything from them. I was informed that my referral had been "rejected" because they had not received any imaging from my PCP. What? SHE is the Ob/Gyn and the expert on ladyparts and would know best WHAT imaging to order. At least some communication would have been nice. So now I'm starting all over with getting a new referral which takes a lot of time. Thanks.
