This man is literally the best doctor I have ever been to see. He was my mom's nephrologist and she had slight vascular dementia. He was always kind, positive and spoke to her instead of just me. He would explain exactly what was going on, any medication changes, and address any concerns. His medical assistants were also the most kind and personable people. As a professional person that works in a busy doctor's office, I am shocked how this practice ALWAYS fails to follow through with patient and doctor requests. I don't know where the communication fails, either doctor or staff, but it's unprofessional and just down right RUDE. I have had emergency doctor visits where records and tests were supposed to be transferred, never happens after repeated calls to office and even after speaking to doctor directly. I was supposed to have a script mailed to my home for an ultrasound, never happened after two calls to office and spoke to doctor directly. I even tried to have a receptionist read back a fax number to me, only to read it back incorrectly THREE TIMES. I am appalled and shocked by the lack of follow-through and follow-up by this office. I do not recommend going here if you need medical advisement, care or professional service.
