I have never met a more caring dr in my life! Dr Segretti is amazing, extremely knowledgeable and gave me all the time to address my questions on a scary situation. She made me feel at ease and I left feeling cared for. The staff at west penn were wonderful too! So impressed with AHN - goodbye UPMC!

Dr Segretti is excellent. I had 3 people tell me how great she was then my doc referred me to her. Very thorough, caring with a great bedside manner. Cares about her patients and takes good care of them.

Needed an emergency hysterectomy. Was able to see her and have surgery within 5 days. Very experienced. Great support staff. This Doc knows what she's doing. Very nice person. Highly recommend...you will be in good hands.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a physician! I left with no resolution and was made to feel like I wasted the drs time. I was referred to her by my PCP, he made a mistake! I ended up having to go to another dr to work at resolving my problem. She lacked compassion, a willing to help, and a desire to listen.

Very warm and compassionate. Explanations of complex situation were readily understood. First-rate, and office staff were all terrific. Recommend very highly.

Dr. Segreti Took excellent care of my wife during an emergency tuition with a torqued ovarian cyst and twisted Fallopian tube. She explained everything in full detail and quickly reassured me that all would be well with the necessary surgery. Excellent bedside manner and very thorough approach.

I can't say enough about Dr. Segreti. She is understanding, kind, caring and knowledgeable. You can be sure that you are in good hands with her as your doctor. I am so glad I made the trip from Erie to see her.

I've been Dr Segreti's patient for 3 years now. She is the best Dr I've ever met and a wonderful person! I've been a nurse for 31 years and never met anyone as great as her. I've sent hundreds of patients to her and everyone feels the same about her !!! She saved my life! Rose Adams

Dr. Segreti is a wonderful doctor. She is very knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manner. She truly cares about her patient and spends the extra time explaining things to you. There have been many evenings that I have received calls from her checking in and making sure I understood my pathology reports. I feel that o was truly blessed to have her as my oncologist. I would highly recommend her to any female that is going through cancer.

Dr. Segreti made what was certainly a scary situation to me, more bearable & understandable. She explained, in detail my diagnoses (Adenocarcinoma In Situ & HGSIL). Gave her recommendations for treatment and follow up. She suggested an outpatient biopsy procedure, followed by hysterectomy. She presented herself with a calm confidence that was very comforting during this difficult time for me. At my post op appointment, she even concluded the visit with a much needed hug!

Never have I spent so long in a doctors office (1-1/2 hrs) and it NOT being in the waiting room Waiting. Checked by the nurse, then went over history with PA , then went over history with dr segreti, then examined and then again talked with dr segreti. She was fabulous! She kept me informed what she was doing during exam and was able to keep the pain to a minimum. She was so kind and was able to give me a solution to my problem that will be less drastic then my gynecologist had suggested.
