Excellent care. Dr Hanna is compassionate, shares knowledge and listens very well. He is very helpful, experienced, and alert to options. Receptionist is quite helpful and friendly.

Dr.Hanna is very caring and patient. He is dedicated to his patients and goes above and beyond for them. I can’t thank him enough for the care he has provided for me.

I have only seen Dr Hanna once but I had a very positive experience with him. He was very thoughtful and engaged and asked me lots of questions before deciding on a medication. He also prescribed exercise - which I think is really admirable. He was very concerned about my anxiety getting in the way of me making art and he made sure to mention several times that it’s very important I continue my artwork. I really felt as though he listened to me and wanted the best for me - even in a short session. I’m hoping the medication will work for me but either way, Dr Hanna impressed me quite a bit!! I don't know what the other guy was talking about 5 years ago, but I've been seeing Dr. Hanna since college - close to 14 years now. He got me through some major issues in my life and I'll forever be grateful to him. I highly recommend seeing him if you've been to other doctors and haven't seen any significant improvements. Before him, I had seen 4 other psychiatrists who couldn't help me with the usual treatments they all give. But Dr. Hanna is creative, patient, and methodical, and that's what helps you achieve the positive changes you want to see in your life. He's extremely knowledgeable and I think part of that is because he also sees patients in psychiatric facilities and hospitals. You can't beat that kind of experience. After seeing his approach and the great results, I've referred some friends and their families to him and they've all had nothing but good things to say about his treatment. He methodically figures out what works for your system. It may take a while, but trust me, it's worth it. He's a patient and very kind man and you can tell he's genuinely invested in your happiness. Dr Hanna has been an invaluable support for my mother’s health and the peace of our family. We’ve been looking for a good psychiatrist for years since we moved to Orange County. One doctor was personally responsible for my mother going into a manic episode and having an accident in which she broke both of her legs. Various doctors have done the bare minimum. It wasn’t until our last crisis that we found Dr Hanna and things have been stable ever since. Dr Hanna makes himself available for emergency appointments and for out of hour calls. This availability is important when dealing with mental health issues and without it, we’d be going from crisis to crisis. And Dr Hanna treats my mother’s case as unique. He’s reticent about adding medications unnecessarily and my mom has been stable on the least amount of medications she’s ever been on. And the doctor still feels she’s on too many medications. The mental health field has come a long way and some doctors are not up to current standards, but Dr Hanna is not one of those doctors. Dr. Hanna is a great listener and has a conservative approach.

I really appreciate Dr.Hanna. He is very caring and helpful. I was depressed and Dr. Hanna listened to my worries and concerns, and he also adjust the medicines according to my needs.

Dr Hanna helped me right away. In just one visit he made a big difference reviewing my medications. He corrected the time I take one medication and it made a huge improvement. Now I get much better quality of sleep, I wake up more easily, and my energy lasts better through the day. I must have been sleep deprived. So glad he was alert to that problem. Very grateful for the intervention. Highly recommend Dr Hanna.

He spent all of one minute asking me a few vague questions and went straight to putting me on antidepressants. I'm not depressed, despite having told him multiple times over the phone and in person all i have is bad chronic anxiety and panic attacks yet he kept prescribing new antidepressants and they all made me feel terrible and made all my anxiety much worse. At one point he stopped returning my messages and not only let me down but from my research and current symptoms im showing all the signs of serotonin syndrome. He never listened to anything i said and took nothing i said seriously.. I strongly recommend everyone stay away from this doctor.
