I saw him years ago. I was very disappointed .

My father-in-law was very ill, and had not ben able to eat for for days; he was in severe pain (turned out to have pancreatic cancer). It was 4:20 P.M. with only one other patient in the waiting room, and after the doctor saw him and had given a prescription, I asked during checkout they could call in to the pharmacy because he was very ill, and it would be ready when we got there. Dr. Ugheoke came up front and when he asked what she was doing, she told him she was calling it in, and he told her to hang up the phone because they "still had other patients" (reminder, it was 4:20 P.M. with only one person waiting to be seen). This doctor would not allow his staff to even call in a prescription! Not to mention, when I first was in the room with my father-in-law and I introduced myself to him, he turned around in his swivel chair and looked my up and down like I was trash. I did not appreciate it at all, and I NEVER took my father-in-law back again! I found him a new, wonderful doctor!

This office is horrible about following up or even trying to treat you! I had to ask for a follow up appointment 2 weeks of not hearing from his office after the first procedure. At the follow up he told me he didn’t see anything which I work where I can see my records and there was inflammation. But I ask so what about my issues I still have that I was there to resolve my problem not to rule out cancer. Done another test. I still haven’t heard from his office and it’s been about 2 months! I got a bill though!!

Dr. Ugheoke, Is a great doctor. He put me at ease about my condition.

Dr Ugheoke is a good doctor, but he does not support our veterans. His staff is extremely rude. I have cotacted our Senators about his business practice, he will not fill out forms that are needed for our veterans. He will not return phones whenever you leave numerous messages.

I carried my daughter there. This was the most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. Will not return your calls. You can’t even talk to the office manager to make a complaint. Dr.Ugheoke was ok but either has no control over his office or don’t care. One extremely rude nurse.

I have only seen Dr. U in the hospital - he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was approachable, and very kind in his interactions.

Everyone in this office is superb, from the front reception, to the triage nurse, the CRNP and the doctor. I am very pleased with my experience and am looking forward to having him treat me for my current problems.
