Dr. Torres is an amazing doctor! He motivated me so much to get my health in check unlike any previous doctor I have had. He is caring and pays attention to what you have to say! Highly recommended.
In May of 2016 I had my then 18 year old son evaluated by Dr Torres for PANDAS, as my son had exhibited many of its symptoms for four years. Dr Torres quickly dismissed PANDAS, said my son's sudden troubling neurological as well as neuropsychiatric symptoms were simply "anxiety", told us he couldn't help my son beyond that diagnosis and sent us on our way (and before he sent us on our way, he gave me his personal business card and suggested I call him "anytime"--I was horrified, but unfortunately I didn't let the office manager or other appropriate person know of his most inappropriate behavior). In August of 2020, after many years of SUFFERING, my son was finally diagnosed with PANS due to a tick borne bacterial infection. If Dr Torres hadn't been so negligent, and if he had been willing to investigate my son's sudden symptoms, he could have spared us a great deal of pain.
