I was referred by two friends of mine who have seen Doctor Williams for Rhinoplasty. He was very thorough and honest about what would look best for my face. Everyone at the Williams Center is kind and attentive.

Earlier this year 2022, I met with Dr. Williams to talk about the condition of my face and neck, which I thought were aging poorly for someone in my early 60s. A more personable and accomplished man, I could not have hoped for. Dr. Williams spent considerable time talking with me about what he could do to restore my confidence in my appearance. We talked about upper and lower eyelid Blepharoplasty with fat transfer to improve the look of my eyes and the hollows under my eyes. We also talked about lower facelift surgery to smooth out the worsening jowls on the sides of my mouth. Lastly, we talked about necklift surgery to remove a double chin and neck folds. We talked about all that because I could no longer stand the way I looked in the mirror. Dr. Williams amazing staff sent me books that reiterated everything I needed to know to study the procedures available to me and make an informed decision. At no time was I ever pressured to have surgery, and other alternatives to surgery were explained to me, but I wanted something done that would last years, not weeks or months. I was quoted a reasonable price of $25K. In July of this year (2022), after taking a week-long restful vacation, my husband drove me to the surgery center where Dr. Williams went to work on me and changed my life. I am writing this review in December 2022 after healing beautifully and without a single complication for five months now. I love my face and neck in the mirror again . People tell me I look amazing and guess that I'm in my 40s. I can't end this review without mentioning Dr. Williams friendly yet totally professional staff who have supported my decisions and recovery every step of the way without exception. If I could give this practice a rating higher than "5 stars," I would gladly do so. If you are looking for a total package surgery center you can rely on to take you through a surgery and recovery process from beginning to end, choose The Williams Center. Thank you ALL!!

Super kind! I got my nose done and dr Williams did a great job! He is very through during the consultation to make sure he fully understands what you want and even reshapes a picture of you to see about what the final result will look like. He also has you watch a video to educate you about the process and what to expect and is wonderful about answering any and all questions. He wants you to love your results and is willing to whatever it takes to get you there. I still have swelling as I’m only two months out but noticed a slight bump. I was worried about it, but he said he believes it to still be swelling but if that is not the case he would fix it no problem. It was a huge relief. He is very kind and knowledgeable and it’s absolutely worth going here. I knew from the moment I walked in this was going to be the place I want to get my nose done and I regret nothing. 10/10 will return here if I ever decide to get anything done again. Great experience from start to finish! There’s no bad reviews about this place for good reason!

Dr. Williams in an artist. The work he did turned out better than I could have imagined. The care received before and after my surgery has been amazing. I had so much done at once. Eyelids, nose, chin implant, neck lift, Buchal fat removal, mole removal. It was a lot of work and it turned out perfectly.

I recently just underwent a septo-rhinoplasty with Dr. Williams and I just have to say how happy I am with the results. Even just six days out I can tell I’m going to be able to breathe so much better as I continue to heal and even swollen, the results of my nose and profile make me so happy! The results are very natural looking and the difference it makes and the way it makes you feel seeing these results is just amazing. I had broken my nose in a pickup basketball game when a guy accidentally elbowed me in the face and broke my nose. I couldn’t have been more upset and hated looking in the mirror after the injury. After getting in quickly to meet with the team at the Williams Center, I was excited to go forth with my rhinoplasty/septoplasty. I noticed immediately after the splint/bandages were taken off that I had a nose that I liked for the first time in my life. I recently got a nostril reduction with dr.Williams because my nostrils was flared up & wide . He did such a great job I have to pinch myself to make sure I’m not dreaming . Had rhinoplasty done by Dr Williams and literally couldn’t be happier! My nose is amazing and smaller and flatter on the top. The experience was easy and stress free and the doctor was so kind and informative and texted and called me through out my recovery. I would 100% recommend Dr Williams and would definitely see him again!

I had a weekend lift ten years ago (52) and a deep plane face lift 3 months ago. In both cases, I could not be more happy with the outcome. What is most important was the feeling that I could call anytime and speak with a nurse. Dr. Williams was always available to see or speak with me (within 24 hours) if the nurse could not answer my questions. The staff is very professional, kind and understanding. I will offer that I was a person who held onto a lot of fluid. I swelled more than most do with the dpfl. I really wish I had 3 weeks of vacation from work instead of only two. I did not have that issue with my first procedure. So, please be realistic if you have a major event you need to attend. Give yourself the extra time to heal incase you need it. If you don't, great. But if you do, you will be glad you have the time. Also, I used Aquaphor on my incisions. I massaged the ointment into my skin a few times a day. Within 3 weeks, you could only see a faint line.

My experience was first rate. He and his staff are exceptional. I can finally breath and get a full nights sleep without waking up due to breathing issues. Highly recommend!

I broke my nose many times growing up and as a result could only breath through one nostril. I was recommended here from my ENT doctor for a septoplasty and I knew right away, it was the right choice. The staff at the WIlliams Center were so amazing and calming before, during and after the surgery. The recovery was bit uncomfortable but after a few weeks, I could finally breathe through both nostrils for the first time in over ten years. My only regret was not coming sooner. All of the staff there from the receptionist to the surgical nurses are so nice and also reassuring. There were moments that I was nervous, my husband was nervous that I would look “done”. Dr. Williams restored my identity. I suffered poor results after 3 previous rhinoplasties with other doctors, and spent 8 years with a face I didn’t recognize and didn’t like. I felt hopeless that anyone could fix my nose, and after seeing it get worse with each surgery (not by Dr. Williams), I was terrified it could become worse yet by trying again.
