Villalobos retired and his replacement does not care about his patients enough to sit down and learn from them, he thinks he knows everyone’s pains I recommend finding a different dr if your looking because this one will be in a lawsuit and probably end up losing his practice, my mothers been threw therapy, chiropractors, surgery shots been threw it all on different occasions and this new guy is not helping and now since COVID drs are not taking new patients go figure!! Terrible front desk staff. I’ve left several messages without any return calls to confirm an appt that was made for me over thanksgiving. I’ve called 5 times in the last week and left three voicemails. The voicemail is now full that all patients receive when they are on hold and kicked over to voicemail. “If you are in pain we don’t care. We don’t call you back. If you call us here is our voicemail that is full which you now cannot communicate hahaha sorry for your pain” should be the outgoing message instead of the automated message about how much they care about their patients. Terrible front desk management. Completely unacceptable and unaccountable to folks who have serious injuries is my experience. This isn’t the first time. I’ve been going here for the last year and every time this happens when I try to schedule. It’s forcing me to select a new Dr. for SI injections. Poor Dr Villalobos is likely losing business from the front desk representation ongoing impacting his bottom line. Terrible front desk staff. Dr. Villalobos is very knowledgeable and a true veteran of Physiatry. He spends the time needed to understand your particular issues.

My experience with Dr. Villalobos was not good at all. He talked me into an unnecessary procedure after I told him my rheumatologist said it wouldn’t help with my condition. I had questions before this procedure took place and he was very impatient and didn’t seem to want to answer any of my questions. Just wanted to stick the needle in my back and boot me out. Got out of the ER yesterday. Was forced to call this place because our governor thinks pill poppers are important. Now, we as FL residents cannot get more than 3 days of pain medicine without seeing one of these crooked f*cks. Called in. Offices do not schedule appointments. Minimum wage employees will be on the line to take your insurance. I pay $900/more for insurance, but I left my insurance card at the hospital. They will not even schedule an appointment without your I insurance information. This place is a joke. Finally getting relief and able to participate in life. Dr. V listens and treats according to what you need not what he can min do. First time in years I have been able to do this well

Amazing dr! I would recommend Dr Villabros to anyone!! He is absolutely wonderful and has helped me control my pains that no other doctor had been able to do. I HIGHLY Recommend DR Villalobos to anyone that can’t contttheir pain. He is a For Pacient advocate !!! Believe me he is Excellent at everything he does and knows his business!!!

Dr. Villalobos, and staff, are wonderful! He has cared for me, like a human being, not a drug addict, since the first day I walked into his office! He is always very respectful, caring, and concerned about my pain, whether the treatments are working, and we have done many things, injections, medications, therapy, etc. The office staff, is always great too! I went to (3) other doctors, before I went to him, and he and his staff, were like a light at the end of the longest tunnel in my life!

Beware. This doctor is dangerous. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Health informing them of the neglect this doctor demonstrates. He prescribed medication that had a severe interaction with a medication the doctor was aware I was already taking. At my second appointment, a follow up appointment, he forgot why I was there and acted as if we'd just met. He also seemed confused and unstable. It's only a matter of time before more people are hurt by this doctor.

After being a patient at this facility for over 10 years, I am looking for another doctor. I usually see Carol and she is always caring and compassionate. She always listens to my heart, I have congestive heart failure, and listens to my lungs, I am prone to pneumonia and bronchitis. The staff is usually pretty nice, although if you try to call the office be prepared for at least a 10 minute wait. However, I will no longer put up with Dr, V!! Sometimes he is pretty nice and other times he must have had a fight with his wife because he doesn't seem to give a damn. He is rude and unfeeling. They got a brace for me but I can't wear it because it hurts. I told him and he just said, Well, we have another one but it won't fit either. I am in pain and I thought pain management was supposed to help with the pain but National Pain Center, i.e. Dr.Villalobos, doesn't. They have never gotten rid of my pain. I have several compound fracture in my upper and lower spine and several cracked ribs and one fractured rib. Don't know how I got them but I know that they hurt and he doesn't offer me any help. Oh he said they will take a while to heal ---- in other words, suck it up kid and deal with it. I am giving Dr. Villalobos 1 star because I don't know how to give him 1/2 star!!~ After being a patient at this facility for over 10 years, I am looking for another doctor. I have been going to him since 2012. He is one of the best Drs I have ever went to. He is so kind and caring and really takes the time to listen to all that is going on. you never feel rushed at all and he always finds a solution to the pain that you are having. I have been to a lot of Drs over the last twelve years and he is the best Dr I have found to treat my chronic pain. I highly recommend him to anyone who has pain issues. I went to Dr Villalobos for over 9 years. The last 3 years I was getting violently ill. Vomiting, constipation. He would prescribe phenergan or metimucle. One night it got so bad, my husband took me to the hospital. I had escimic bowel. I had a heart attack and was legally dead. They removed 13 inches of my large bowel. I had a colostomy. Now I have kidney, liver and heart damage. My life will never be the same. Don't go!
