Tried many times to schedule follow up appointment but phone is never answered and no response to voicemails

The sleep lab was excellent the doctor's office not so much poor communication won't answer the phone rarely returns phone calls sleep studies not explained I had to the second one nobody explained it whatsoever major confusion at the CPAP machine people. I have not had any other Baylor Scott & White office treat me like this. I'm extremely. I'm extremely disappointed in this entire process. Left me hanging for weeks. I asked my primary care to contact them which they did and they didn't return my primary cares calls. I heard a couple of times that they were just extremely busy well if you're too busy to take care of your people than you need to slow down

I have struggled for a long time with severe insomnia, and I thought I would receive the help that I needed from this doctor. Not only did he never even bother to conduct a sleep study; he did absolutely nothing. I have been able to find better solutions completely on my own. The front staff is extremely rude. There is a 10 minute grace period they will gladly tout but when I showed up 5 minutes late they cancelled my appt some people in the lobby were complaining that they came early but the staff was running behind with patients. The lady at the front desk is the meanest one she literally laughed in my face for having to reschedule. I also heard them gossiping about a few of the patients conditions it was very unprofessional. I have seen Dr Charnock1 since 2002 and he’s an excellent doctor. He has excellent bed side manner and is very knowledgeable about sleep apnea. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Charnock has been my doctor for sleep apnea since 2009, He is true professional and provides excellent service.

Great experience from the front of the office to the back. The staff follows up with you on appointments as well as equipment. I even received a call fir an earlier appointment because someone cancelled. Unfortunately I could not take advantage of an earlier appointment because of my work schedule. I'd recommend the doctors and staff to family and friends.

Went to the office in waxahachie and they was nice but do not never give them your card information go there with cash only and do not make payment on a cpap machine I had a transaction that they ran my card throw with out my permission and they say I own it and I said I never receive. A bill so how did I owe a bill that I never received Owen a bill is one thing but saying I owe it and I never received a bill so just the heads up do not hand them ur credit card information or checking informatio

I had seen several sleep doctors, neurologists, etc., been wrongly diagnosed with sleep apnea & using a CPAP machine for over a year. My fatigue was INCREASING, symptoms becoming worse! Dr Charnock saw me once. We spoke for a while, he asked a few questions, looked over my chart & said, "It's really a formality to do a daytime sleep test, you are obviously narcoleptic." I had been terrified to even bring that up with doctors! He explained narcolepsy to me and, yep, it turns out, I'm narcoleptic!

Dr. Charnock and Dr. Gardner are the most knowledgeable and caring doctors that I have ever had. I literally slept 95% of the time I wasn't working when I could work. All the other doctors I have ever seen said I was just depressed or never bothered looking beyond a sleep study. I even saw several doctors in case it was a psychological issue causing my sleepiness and exhaustion. I told the last counselor I saw I wasn't depressed and she said I should be with everything I had going on. I guess I am depressed since I still stay exhausted and sleepy no matter what but at least I can feel human a few minutes on some days when I go a few minutes feeling what it felt like when I was normal before reality set in and overwhelming need to lay down because of exhausting and feeling that I having sleep for days when in reality I've just been asleep for a few days. Although that doesn't seem like a big deal for most people, it means a lot to me and I thank Dr. Charnock for those few minutes I would not of had if It hadn't been for him. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I know first hand what a nightmare it is whenever doctor you see doesn't seem to care or when it's easier for them to tell you that your than to find out what is really causing the problem. Depression can cause exhaustion, sleepiness, and countless of the problem, but to many doctors find it too easy to label it depression instead of looking for other causes. With reimbursement continuing to decrease, I would think that a lot of doctors just can't spend the time with patients because they have to see a lot more patients and still get reimbursed less than they did several years ago. So I'm not saying all the other doctors are bad. It's just they're not left with a lot of choices. I went years being treated for depressing and not seeing any improvement. I would probably still be told that I was depressed if I hadn't of found Dr. Charnock. Dr. Charnock stays busy, but he won't say you're depressed (unless depression is the reason) to get you out of his office. I would give him 10 stars on a 5 star rated if I could.
