Moved to the area a year ago. Have had several appointments with Dr Lathrum. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend this doctors office at all. I was told by somebody that use to work there that the boss Jessie Castaneda talks bad about her patients after they leave the office. Other than that, the staff there is very nice and sweet. Mrs.Castaneda is not professional she shouldn’t be working there.

I have seen Allison Lathrum and I had a great experience with her and her nurse Diane. The staff was kind and the dr was very thorough. Thank you

My mother, 10 days our of neuro shock trauma for a broken back, called the office this morning to request a medication refill. I was on speaker phone with her when Jessie (office manager) answered the phone. It's been a long time, if ever, that I've heard someone that rude. She was very aggressive with her words, continued to interrupt my mother, and said to 'hurry because we're very busy right now'. Well guess what...that means you're not running a very efficient medical practice. If you can't staff the office/phones in a manner to provide quality medical care, then perhaps you should resign and find another job. NOBODY that rude should ever be in the medical care field. Dr. Castandea has always provided excellent care for my parents, so this review is in no way a reflection of his abilities or care. Rather, this review is specifically about Jessie and her lack of manners, compassion, and ability to serve those in need

Very aware of my problem and treating it with concern thanks doctor

Called office as a new resident looking to make an appointment. His office staff is the so rude. Said to me when i asked about making an appointment or being put on wait list said...we DON'T TAKE NEW PAYIENTS and hung up on me. I wrote a letter to the doctor about his unprofessional staff. Never got a response!

I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. If you choose this doctor, be prepared to wait for over 45 minutes... I would normally wait and hour or more! I spent more time waiting to see the doctor than he spent with me. When I finally did see the doctor he seemed more preoccupied with his tablet than with his patient. I found my appointments with this doctor very stressful, which is never a good thing for anyone.

Dr. Castaneda spent a good amount of time getting to know my medical history as a new patient. He has a friendly bedside manner and was easy to talk to.
